DaBella - Denver

I had siding replaced and very displeased with the entire process. The crew did a poor job for what I paid and have already had to be back out here 3 times in a month to fix their mistakes. Crew cheif never checked the work to determine if the quality was up to the company standard. The crew left the property a mess with my belongings scattered around the yard. They had leftover pieces scattered as well. The craftsmanship and quality was aubpar for the price. No care for the property. Damaged driveway, roof, windows, and garden bed. Chalking already cracking. Large gaps in the siding. Siding already buckeling. Seams not together. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor multiple times and still no response. I was promised certain tasks at point of sale that company will not follow up on. Over all this company treats their customers as money and gets in and out with little oversight or quality check. I am very displeased with the product I got for the money I paid. Will never recommend.

The pre-project explanations and advising were super helpful and very responsive to our situation and information needs. The installation itself was timely and efficient. The aesthetic outcome is excellent, as advertised. The final walk-through with the project manager answered out last minute questions and clarification needs. In summary, the two most salient attributes of this project were: 1) the knowledge and responsiveness of the management staff, and 2) the timeliness and efficiency of the actual installation.

Was talked to by a very friendly canvasser resulting in our bath/showers being looked at. Our project manager Steph was very accommodating and helped us get a price that was in our budget. She did not try to up sale, but helped us choose the design that was right for us. Looking forward to seeing the finished product!

It started when Austin Venice stopped by my house, and it has been a great experience! I love m new bathroom it is beautiful! Jason Fry and his brother Niko went above and beyond in installing my new shower, I was never misled about the cost and Austin stayed with me on all my concerns I would recommend DaBella services for a great experience. and great customer service and here’s my pictures!

Does my house look good after my siding was put on, yes. Will I ever use DaBella or refer anyone to DaBella, no. Why won’t I use or refer anyone to DaBella, their customer service. To be honest there were red flags at the beginning. I literally was getting out of my car from work when their canvasser approached me, but I was like what heck. So the canvasser took my information and said someone would call me, I wasn’t expecting the second I walked in my house. I didn’t even get my bag set down or use the restroom, I have a 45+ minute commute home. When I didn’t answer the canvasser came to my door with the scheduler on the phone. I went ahead and took the call and scheduled a time for the salesman to come to my house. I listened to him and went ahead and listened to him and he said the project would be done by the end of the year (2023). Since it was close to Christmas I was like no worries, it doesn’t have to be done by the end of the year so my projected start date was 01/03/2024 – 01/08/2024 – ok no worries. Then on 12/15/2023 I got a text message form them confirming my color choice, no big deal right? I said I was at my daughters and that I would respond later that night or the next day, which the response I got was, that me delaying respond would delay my project. I signed and sent back the next day. Then on 12/05/2023, I got a call stating the original manufacturer wouldn’t have the siding for a year so they went with a different manufacturer, I then had to pick a new color for my house. December came and went and no word from DaBella. On January 18at I called were the person was unable to locate my account (name, address, or phone number) so I contacted the salesperson and they said they would check “right now” and get back to me. The next day 01/19 I texted back to see what was going on and was told the color I picked was on back order and that my siding wasn’t actually ordered until 01/02/024 and that my installation would be in about a month. January left and February came still no word from DaBella. On 02/14 or 02/15 I called and was greeted by VERY RUDE people when all I wanted was a status. Then I get a text stating that my materials arrived and asked where I would like it put and that they would text me when they would start siding my house, which I responded on the driveway next to the house. When gentleman with my material arrive he was going to place it in the middle of my yard, and I asked him if they told him were I wanted it and he said no. Then on 02/26/2024 without scheduling the workers showed up to side my house, a pleasant surprise but it would have been nice for the heads up so I could’ve made arrangements for my dogs so my daughter didn’t have to change her schedule and not go to her job interview or other appointments, not a huge deal but communication would have been nice. I also NEVER received my permit, now in Englewood a permit has to be posted, when I questioned this I was told that they would bring out and posted, it never happened, IN fact I what if the city came by and had them pull everything off, and was told that that wasn’t my problem – how is that not my problem? My house is exposed to the weather and with very little installation my energy bill would go up??? Nice how that’s not my problem. Then they started my garage, which when the siding was sold to us I didn’t want a tear off and was told that was ok. DaBella wanted to charge me $2000 for 14 pieces of plywood when all they had to do was one wall, mind you my garage is NOT that big, they ended up only using 6 sheets. Keep in mind when I got the call I the guy I spoke with said he would have the workers wait to tear off until we talked the following morning at 9am, NONE OF THAT HAPPENED. I would also like to state that when they workers came to do the work the did NOT have a roll off to put anything in, instead I came home to four piles of trash, two in the front yard and two in the back yard, I had to question why there wasn’t a roll off, I was told two different stories, one was that there was a miscommunication and the other that it was delivered to the wrong address. It came the day later. By this time we’re completely upset so DaBella sent out what I would call a “fixer” to smooth things over. Of the 14 pieces of plywood only 6 was used and the roll off finally arrived. The “fixer” stated that the roll off would be picked up on Monday, Tuesday at the latest, which it was NOT. The leftover material and the pallets were left on my driveway as well, the magnet that they were to go around and pick up the nails and screws never happened, my husband got one and did it himself – He also moved the left over materials and through the pallets in the roll off. On Wednesday I texted and asked when the roll off was going to be picked up and was told it should have already been picked up and that they would send someone out for it. That evening my husband called the roll off company and they came and got the roll off. I will also state that the cracked siding piece, the corner posted, and my dryer vent still have not been fixed after I showed the “fixer”. In the end I got no communication from them unless I initiated it. Oh and now my siding is falling off!

Worst company to work with they promise many things so you can sign a contract that same day. As soon as you are locked in you are in charge of calling in everyday to get things done if there’s any problem or issue will take weeks to get it done plus having to call different people but no matter who you call they won’t answer or just blame one another.terrible company

We are so impressed with the presentation from Austin Vannice. He was on time, professional and really went out of his way to try to fit the job quote within our budget. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. We know we'll be in good hands.

We live in Nederland, a mountain town above Boulder Colorado. It isn’t so easy to get contractors to work here. We’ve contracted with Da Bella to replace the siding on our home using Hardy Board. This review is for Teagan and Laird, Da Bella’s local home evaluation and project bid team. These guys are super well-prepared and clearly receive lots of training for the job they do. Their evaluation of our current siding included the use of a hygrometer to display the state of our current siding and their relationship with Hardy Board clearly positions them to give us the best job at the best price. Very happy with that process and look forward to a job well done, with much confidence!

This review is for the sales process, not the actual work. That has yet to be completed. The sales process begins with an inspection of the roof which was beneficial and gave me insight to the current state. After that there is a lot of information about the company that does take over an hour and pressure to sign. I needed time to review so the salesperson agreed to give me time I needed. After reviewing I decided to go with DaBella and so far an happy with the process even though it is a more lengthy sales process than a typical home contractor.

Leilani and Jordan Harrington were extremely helpful in showing me all my options for redoing my shower and we able to meet me at a prize that worked for me

We learned a lot about our bathroom repair project from Carlos and Jordan H. They answered all our questions; we really appreciate them sharing their expertise. We didn't move forward because we wanted to get multiple quotes, but they did a great job working to meet our needs.

Scamming an Elderly for Siding and Roof repair at it's best. - Pressured an 80 year old couple to enter into work on Roof and Siding - Pressured an 80 year old couple to finance replacement of 10 year old roof and siding. - Pressured an 80 year old couple to accept incomplete, shoddy and over-priced Roof and Siding. - Ignored and gave lip service repeatedly when requested for refund, completion, documentation and original work requested. Charged for services NOT rendered,

Heavy handed salesmen (plural) coerced me into signing a contract after three hours after repeatedly stating I could not sign that night. The next morning I cancelled the contract and ten days later my credit card was billed for the $6300 down payment. They keep lying to me about the cancellation so I had to go to my credit card company to reverse the charge. No way would I let them on or near my property now!!!

I scheduled with this company for the past 3 days as I need my roof replaced. We scheduled for today at 2pm for someone to come out to take measurements etc. I cancelled 2 other contractors because these folks confirmed with me TWICE for todays appt... When I inquired what happened, they asked if tomorrow at 2 will work after they were already 45 minutes late for the initial appt. Seems like none of these companies give a d*** about potential customers in today's world.
