DaBella - Denver

We just had our initial visit to get information about replacing our siding. We did not know much initially but Ebony and Teagan patiently and thoroughly explained the process. They completed an inspection and were able to produce a 3D rendering of our house with the colors we chose. We were very impressed.

Angi has 999 character limit, so I'll put the highlights in this review.EXPENSIVE - No protective coverings were used during demo work anywhere. After the first demo my entire bedroom was covered in dust. Halfway through second demo, I looked up from my work to find a massive cloud of dust in my living room and kitchen. It has been a complete pain to clean all of this dust. - I called and complained about the lack of coverings. So they took the tarps out of my garage and put them haphazardly on the floor. Then they took home MY tarps. I contacted the contractor and I got them back but this was still frustrating. - On the first day, contractors bled on my floor and door handle, and they left for the day without cleaning it up. - After the first day, a leaky faucet was left in my garage. I woke up to a pool of water on my garage floor. When I brought it up, the contractor said he didn't think it was leaking that bad when he left. He fixed it, but he didn't let me know the day prior.

Endia and Mitch were kind and professional. They helped me get a great price on a great product.

Our home needed siding BADLY. Courtney and Crystal were very prompt in getting with us when we inquired about quotes and were awesome in the process of evaluating the siding, measuring the house and explaining the contracts! They were delightful to talk with and answered all our questions. The job even started earlier than they said it would. Gutters are awesome, too!

The work has not been done yet, but I'd like to write up a review to commend Jeremy who came up to give me a quote for the work. He was knowledgeable, courteous, comprehensive, and patient in explaining the scope of work and in offering alternatives and options.

Jeremy gave me a quote. He was phenomenal and professional. Would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Oscar was great . He let us know exactly what and when to expect everything and worked to make the process seamless.

Tyler and Lulu the representatives from the company were very professional, knowledgeable and caring for my project. DaBella is a family owned and operated company that took my best interest to heart and I am looking forward to getting my new windows installed.

Tyler and Christie were very professional and helped me replace my windows. The installation was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone! I was so impressed that I called them back out for a roof estimate. I met with Dayton and he was extremely helpful in helping me understand my options for a roof replacement. I am extremely happy with Dabella and cannot wait to see my new roof! Dayton, Tyler and Christie were amazing!

Paige and DaBella did a great job! They were on time, and when the installers came to replace the roof, they were excellent! I am very happy with their work. There were complications with the solar company who had previously installed solar panels, but DaBella came through to get the whole job taken care of. Even after the solar panel hassle and all the extra effort DaBella put in for me, I am extremely pleased with how the roof turned out!

It was very enjoyable Marah and Lulu were so nice to talk to very informative and so nice I liked that they were up front with me interacted with my family and really were very knowledgeable. I would recommend both ladies Kudos 🤗👍

Ronan Kirwan was prompt and through with the explanation of the process of having the windows replaced on our home. He was very knowledgeable in the products and services that DaBella offers. I would highly recommend Ronan.

Our sales rep Van has been awesome at answering questions, getting us the best price, educating us on window quality. We ran in to a couple problems with one of the windows but everything was handled fairly, quickly, and they were great about communication and making sure everything was taken care of.

So Gerardo came out and gave me a great inspection on the our roof this evening unfortunately the we couldn’t move forward with the roof but the experience and knowledge that Gerardo was very valuable for use to keep for the future

David came out to look at the house, told me a whole bunch of stuff I never knew, and made me comfortable moving forward. We got a whole new house and I couldn't be more happy!!

Great! Crystal B came by the house to assess our windows and provide options for replacement. We rent our home, so she was totally understanding of the roadblocks faced there. She was wonderful and kind and helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

WARNING UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. I had the displeasure of working with this business on getting my sliding glass door replaced. The troubles began almost as soon as the representative left my house. The company was completely uncommunicative, and they would blatantly lie when they were asked about time frames, and quality of materials. I am 84 years old and the reason I called this company out was because my sliding glass door would not open or shut, and is a fire hazard. I spoke with Jordan Richmond the district manager multiple times prior to install and he assured me of their quality product, workmanship, and if anything went wrong it was covered under the warranty, but each time we talked he became more rude and verbally aggressive. So much so that I stopped talking to him, and just figured I would wait to see if they could deliver on their promises. They did not. When the workers got there they started smoking and littering all over my yard. None of them seem to know what was going on or what was needed for the installation, as they kept calling someone for “technical questions”. During the process of the installation they caused damage to trees and shrubs that were nowhere near the construction site, that had to be replaced. I had also purchased $900 blinds for the sliding glass door one day before the install. Jordan Richmond insured me that they could work around them, and no damage would come to them, and if something did happen by mistake they would make it right. When the installers got here, they to said that they could work around them, but as soon as they put the door into place one of the gentleman shoved the door right into the blinds ripping them out of the wall and smashing to the ground and breaking them. When I Ask the installers, who was going to fix that, They stated, “Call Jordan he’ll take care of you”. Upon calling Jordan Richmond and explaining the situation he became extremely aggressive, rude, and combative. He stated that he was not liable for the blinds, and “that I should be happy with what I got”. He continually made snarky remarks and insinuated that because of my age I don’t know what I’m talking about, which I found extremely offensive. Not to mention the door that they installed barely opens and shuts. I don’t have the strength that I used to, and in case of emergency I need something that at least meets minimum building code requirements. This door does not. I have been trying to get in contact with somebody at their office, but every time I call him he sends me straight to voicemail. I was assured of the quality of their “proprietary product” but the door can barely be opened and shut, the locks don’t work, and the seals already look blown. Aside from the poor quality of workmanship and materials the lack of customer service and ownership this company has shown me and others I know is repulsive. They seem to be peddling cheap products/installers and lining their own pockets by selling them add an exorbitant amount of cost. This type of behavior from a company can only be explained by top down leadership or lack there of. As an administrator and a football coach of 40 years I know that if this is the way their senior management acts and treats customers, then the owner and CEO Donnie McMillan must not care about his customers either. I hope this review reaches as many people as possible before they fall victim to this company and their unethical business practices.

We could not have asked for a better experience. From the beginning with Taylor and during the process of the new roof with Justin and the crew, we were not left disappointed. Everyone was kind, friendly, prompt, clean, and professional. We will recommend this company to all of our friends and family.
