 + -1 moreComplete lack of professionalism from the owner who's responsiveness was the worst I have ever experienced. I called and left him a VM (because he never answers his phone) and said it was a horrible job and that I would be looking else where for lawn service moving forward. NOT WORTH the effort to get these guys scheduled, let alone pay for a crappy job and HORRENDOUS customer service!
Description of Work: I had asked for the company to come over and clean up my yard by racking it and picking up debri, mow and trim my yard as well as fertilize and aerate it. Out of all of that, they only mowed my yard and then sent me an invoice for everything but the aeration.

 + -1 moreEmails were not replied to in a timely fashion, voicemail not returned, was promissed all issues had been resolved and give them 1 more week. I did, they didn't. I also requested that a different crew was sent, that request was not met.
Description of Work: Hired this company for lawnmowing, trimming, and edging. I think that the owner just contracts mowers. I agreed to pay $35 per week because Mr. Vogels website appears professional. I have problem with the first weeks service and I was assured that because my lawn was overgrown it would take a bit to get in shape. The next 2-3 weeks were ok. After this time a crew (2 people)was sent that used equipment that needed sharpening, missed large areas up to 5'X5', trimming not done, lawn clippings not handled, and sidewalk clean off was a quick 30 second broom sweep.
