They were able to come out within a week for an estimate. The tech was available earlier than the scheduled appointment and called to see if we were available as well. He came up with an estimate within 10 minutes and also made some recommendations as to how the work should be done. When asked how soon they could complete the work, he said he would be able to stay and finish the job immediately. The technician was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable and even discussed other questions I had about my electrical system. I would be happy to use their services again if needed.

Devin, the electrician, called about 20 minutes before the appointment time of 10am to let me know he was on his way. He arrived right on time and introduced himself. Today I needed a smart thermostat installed as well as a chandelier hung. He did the thermostat first. He initially removed the old one and put the new thermostat in in about 10 minutes. He told me that due to the wiring of the old thermostat my new thermostat would not be fully functional unless a new wire was run from the heater in the basement through the wall up to the new thermostat. He also gave me options that would avoid that but I wanted the full functionality of the thermostat so chose the new wiring. Devin took care of this in about 35 minutes, super quick. He got it installed and it is working perfectly. Next was hanging a new chandelier in the sun room. He took the old light fixture out, hooked up the new one and even hung the crystals (ok, glass) on the new chandelier. I was not expecting the electrician to hang the ornaments on the fixture so I was grateful for that. The whole time Devin kept me informed of what he was doing and the progress. My background is in education, I don't give out 'straight A's' all that easy or often, but Devin and Current Electric Service earned them. Thanks!!!!

The electrician was wonderful and did a great job. The pricing was a little high and they were unwilling to give me a quote over the phone which was a little disappointment .

Very nice company to do business with. I called to set an appointment and the woman answering the phone was very pleasant. The appointment was set for the next week. I got a reminder call about the appointment the day before. Devon arrived on time and I showed him the electrical work I needed done. I had an electrical switch that had been unhooked for years because of improper installation. He told me he would need to open up the wall and put in a new junction box and gave me options on how to repair the wall. He was able to do the repair including an extra electrical outlet in a short amount of time. He cleaned up and had me test the repair to make sure all was working correctly. The work comes with a 2 year warranty. I will definitely use this company again. If you need electrical work done, give this company a try. Their prices were a little less than average, but SERVICE WAS WAY ABOVE AVERAGE.

I was planning on having the electrician do other electrical jobs, but, when he got here the estimates for these other jobs I thought were extreme. I ended up having him do the smallest job since he made the trip which tolf him about 2 minutes. I would try and find a different electrician in the future.

We had purchased a big deal for the service and they were very good. It was a fair amount of work. I thought they were pretty good. They got the job done quickly, cleaned up and they brought it up to code; they got it right. They had to go into the wall to deal with something. They took care of the safety and they paid attention to bring it up to regulation. They did a good job and even put in dry wall.

He was friendly. I told him the work I wanted done, he listened, took notes, drew up an estimate, and I hired him on the spot. He worked on the remodel from the end of Sep 2013 through the beginning of Jan 2014. After Devin's visit in January, I decided to get another electricianand acirc;€™s opinion about some work he had done. The electrician redid one electrical job and finished another. I decided to have him complete the work that hadnand acirc;€™t done. In March, I reexamined Current Electricand acirc;€™s final invoice. At the bottom of the invoice, Devin listed two lights and said he did not charge for them. Initially, I thought he charged for both lights, but he charged for one - the nook light ($275). I was also charged and paid for dimmer switches, which he was to install on a return visit. I wrote a registered letter to Devin that described the work he had done (some not to my satisfaction) and told him that I didnand acirc;€™t ask him to return because I hired another electrician to finish the work. I requested that he reimburse me for the items I paid for. In his response (registered) letter, he said that and acirc;€œwe did not charge you the $150 sink light, which was to be finished upon a return visit.and acirc;€? He concluded with and acirc;€œAll scopes of work per bids on all invoices were finished minus the dimmer switches that we could not accomplish because we were never called back to finish the job.and acirc;€?

It was fine. They came when they said they would. They explained what they did. The switch works fine.

Devin called when he was on his way and provided an estimated arrival time. When he arrived, I showed him the plugs that I wanted updated. The installation was quick and efficient. Devin was friendly and courteous.

Everything went smooth and the work was done professionally. This is the 3rd time we've called Devin to do electrical work and he's always upfront and fair with pricing, extremely professional and efficient. Previous installation included complete service upgrade including new grounding rods. Install 5 can lights in the kitchen, rewire and update to code/add several outlets in the kitchen for a remodel, install whole house surge supressor, install two outdoor outlets, install LED under cabinet lighting. The code inspector commented "This is the best work I've seen, don't loose your electrician's number!"

He showed up on time and did good work. He fixed a ceiling fan. He was clean and seemed like a good guy.

It went just fine. They were very on time and timely but I thought their price was a little high even for a master electrician but all the work was done and done well. He did it masterfully and quickly. I wasn't unhappy with the service because he did a great job. I have no complaints except his price was a little high.
