+ -1 moreHe said he would be there for 10am and actually was about 5 minutes early. The technician was very friendly and went right to work. The whole process took him about 2 hours.
Description of Work: My friend received one of their flyers for a computer tune-up for $99, and purchased their High-tech clean up for 149. They checked for and removed viruses and installed virus protection, removed spyware, setup the firewall, they insured the windows was updated, removed tons of temp files, set-up the parental controls and ran a diagnostic check on the PC.
