I found Colorado Real Estate and Property Management to be really good communicators. I was always in the loop concerning my tenants. Plus, some how they were able to lower my maintenance cost. But most importantly I never had a Vacancy. True Professionals.

Bob did a fabulous job as a property manager and then my realtor. When he managed the property he kept the comps down for me and the home was always occupied. He did a great job screening the tenants. It was an extremely smooth transition when I decided to use Rob to sell my property. He represented my interests well. He went above and beyond to help me. He also made sure to always communicate and keep me in the loop. I would highly recommend and use him, again.
