+ -1 moreSteve answered the phone and quoted me a price. I called around and decided on this company since they were the closest to the location of the property. I called back one week later and requested a written bid to avoid any issues before we schedule the survey. Steve promised me a written estimate in one to two days. After 1 week I called and spoke to Ron who apologized and promised to send me that bid the same day. I called again after ten days inquiring about the bid and again Ron answered the phone and promised to send it the same day. I just received the bid and it was a little more than DOUBLE what I was quoted the first time on the phone. I am glad I insisted on the written bid. Very unprofessional.
Description of Work: I contact them about four weeks ago to request a price for a land survey.
