COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Denver

When the estimator came to my home he was professional, informative and explained that cat urine stains from a sick cat might not come up. The man who came to do the job was on time, did a great job and cleaned up completely before leaving. The price was exactly what the estimate was. It has been nearly a month and there is no sign of the urine stains and the carpet looks great! I have used Coit in the past and will use them again - they can't be beat!!

This is the second time I have used Coit. They are a bit more expensive than others but, they do a really good jobThey are very professional and thorough. They make sure to put down cloths so that the other areas of your home do not get dirty. . In all 3 different crews can in to the house (draperies, carpet/air, and tile) all of them were very nice. I have an animal farm (several dogs and cats) and they were very good with all of them. They moved all the furniture and returned it to its place. The carpets are a bit damp but nothing unusual. It's a bit noisy but, the air duct cleaning is worth it if you have pets or allergies. The saleperson showed up when he was scheduled,and spent quite a bit of time walking through the house advising what he would do and what he would skip. He actually saved me money as I was going to have more of the baths cleaned. The carpets look and smell clean. The air ducts sparkle (who would have thought!) I will definitely use them again.

Overall it went very well, took a bit longer than was originally estimated, but it was done in 5 hours.

They cleaned all the furniture for free and did a great job, overall. They did more than what they said they would. They were very reasonably priced and did an amazing job. Nick was our technician and did a great job too.

I called the COIT main office and scheduled an estimate appointment. I was prepared to use my Angies list 35% coupon, but the receptionist volunteered that they were running a 40%-off promotion at the time. The scheduling of the estimate was easy and they accommodated my schedule. Within a few days the estimator came. He gave me a call in the morning to tell me when he would arrive. He arrived when he said he would which I appreciate. The estimator was very professional, and easily explained the companies services and techniques. He gave me some meaningful guidance on what he would have done if it were his own house. This was good for me because it wasn't a high octane sales pitch. He was honest and helped me make some decisions about where to spend my money. The main office called me the day before the scheduled cleaning to remind me. The technicians called me in the morning of the cleaning to tell me when they would arrive. They came when they said they would. I walked through the house with them and we reviewed the tasks/items so they could orient themselves with the project and best organize their time. I asked a few questions and they answered them thoroughly. They started with the HVAC systems using a large vacuum from their truck and some equipment that they push down each vent/register that whips around to free up dust/debris towards the vacuum. They unscrew registers and put them back on when they are done. It all seems to go well. It was slightly noisy, but I expected it. Once they were almost finished with the HVAC they went to the dryer vent. I didn't really see this happening, but things look good. I opened up a portion of the dryer vent and it is free of lint clogs. Both HVAC and dryer areas were cleaned up properly after their work Next came the carpets and upholstery which involves a large hot water system in the same truck which utilizes water from the hose/spigut on my house. Hot steamy water is forced into the carpets and then sucked out with a high powered vaccum on the same tool. Pre-treatment was performed with a solution that helps release dirt and other materials, including raking it down into the carpet knap. Carpets were clean and fairly dry. All areas of stain that I wanted out appear to be removed, even though they warned that some stains they don't guarantee removal of. They used some fans to help dry thigns out before they left. a few hours after their departure some areas are still slightly wet to the touch but I can walk everywhere with clean slippers on now. The 2 couches that they cleaned look good as well. carpets and couches had application of a teflon guard to help prevent future stains. it was an additional price but it was worth it to me, especially for the high traffic areas. overall they did a great job. I checked in occasionally to see how they were doing and they were always very professional and corteous. the main technician always told me how things were going, what their status was, and answered questions. they completed the job in about 4-5 hours. I was a bit skeptical after a friend told me that they leave carpets soaking wet. not the case for me! everything was as advertised. If I have a complaint it is only that they forgot to move my bed back after they moved it to access a vent, and the same for a chair and potted plant. I can live with all of that considering the great job they did.

Coit cleaned the air ducts in our house - the ducts used for our heating system. They were very thorough, well equipped and courteous. They were also efficient, finishing the job inside the allotted time. When we had first contacted this company, they claimed they were members of the national association. I checked, they were not.

They were fine. I did not have any problems with them. I would use them again and am considering using them soon. The quality of the work was fine. They were professional.

They did a great job. I have used other companies before so I know they did a good job. They also cleaned the deck for me. They are very professional, punctual, and responsive. They contacted me to let me know when they will be here. They even gave a discount.

The guys they sent out were very professional. The presented their business cards when they arrived, took a tour of the house asking questions about spots on the carper and asked where all the registers were. It was not a rush job as they spent about 6 hours at our home. They did not need to move any furniture. They also cleaned the blower motor in the furnace and replace the filter with a new one that I had. At the end of the cleaning they followed up with a discussion on furnace and carpet maintenance.

I have used them several years. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. They frequently offer discounts. They do their job and show up when they say they will.

Amazing. Tech did estimated based on square footage. He then pretreated all spots and set up the plastic corner protectors for my walls. Wow! The carpets looked and smelled like new.

The team leader who came to re-do the carpets was also prompt and professional. What I was most pleased about was he asked me to tell him the whole story of the first cleaning attempt and we walked around the house and he agreed that it wasn't the job they usually do. He re-cleaned all the carpets and used a different solution that had virtually no smell. When they were dry (in about 12 hours) they looked nearly brand new. He did the same excellent job I had previously had with Coit.

They showed up on time to do the work. They did a very good job. The person that they sent over was very personal when he was here working. They are very courteous.

They do a really good job with our carpets as there are never any stains in them after they leave and they are always very professional when they come here. They are a big help because when we only have them do our throw rugs, they come and pick them up so we don't have to cart them around.

This carpet cleaner was terrible. The machine was not extracting the liquid and my carpet was very wet for days. The spots did not come up of course because they were not extracted with the removal of water. When I contacted the company to resolve this problem they promised to fix it but never did.

The workers arrived on time and finished promptly. We were pleased with how clean the carpets were. I think future carpet cleaning will still be price based.

I called Coit and was given a 2 hour window when the person would come and give me a price. He came one and half hours and gave me a price that was acceptable.

I called Coit, got a discount. They arranged an appointment and the young man was there at the appointed time. It took him longer to set up the equipment than to do the carpets. A great job and the carpets are bright.

As usual, they did an excellent job. We had some stains on the carpet where a dog had been sick and they were able to get all the stains completely out.

They were late the second time they were to come give us a bid, didn't show up first time. They did a good job on air ducts and never came through with the bid for the curtains, even after a dozen phone calls.

THEY CAREFULLY REMOVED THE DRAPES AND RECOMMENDED CARE INSTRUCTION ON DRAPES THAT ARE OVER 15 YEARS OLD. THEY HUNG THEM BACK UP AND CAREFULLY ARRANGED THE PLEATS. THEY ARE CONSCIENCE AND EASY TO WORK WITH.

THE SERVICE PROVIDED WAS EXCELLENT. THE TECHNICIAN TOOK THE TIME TO ASSIST ME IN MOVING FURNITURE THAT WAS HEAVY. THIS WAS NOT REQUIRED ON HIS PART. HE STAIN TREATED THE CARPET BEFORE CLEANING. AFTER FINISHED CLEANING THE CARPET, HE AGAIN ASSISTED ME IN MOVING THE HEAVY FURNITURE BACK INTO PLACE. IN ADDITION, THE TECHNICIAN WAS FRIENDLY AND HAD A WONDERFUL ATTITUDE.

THEY SENT AN ESTIMATOR PRIOR TO THE CLEANER COMING. THE CLEANER DID NOT KNOW WHAT ROOMS WERE TO BE DONE OR THE SPECIAL REQUESTS FOR EXTRA WORK. HE DID THE WRONG AREAS AND HAD TO COME BACK OUT. HE WAS LATE IN ARRIVING AND DID A LOUSY JOB.
