Horrible! It pains us to write this review. We had hoped dealing with Christians would ensure a quality move but the opposite happened. We had a local move and wound up with $10,000 in damages including broken items and 3 stolen or “missing” valuable items. They do not have any form of recompense. Their “insurance” offered us $50 for all proven photographed damages. No joke. Also, THEY DO NOT COVER BROKEN GLASS. Including the $600 glass for our dining table we had to replace. Honestly we have moved several times including an out of state move and have never had anything close to this happen. The move cost close to $10,000 plus the additional damages. I have included just a few photos of broken items but there was so much more.

Christian Brothers Moving and Storage provided us with an exceptional moving experience. From the very first call, I was impressed with how efficient and thorough their intake process was. They asked all the right questions to assess our moving needs and ensure they were fully prepared for the size and scope of our move. The moving team was phenomenal—friendly, kind, and incredibly hardworking. Despite a full nine hours of moving, they maintained a positive, outgoing, and friendly attitude the entire time. Their professionalism and efficiency made the process smooth and stress-free. Since our move involved downsizing, they seamlessly handled two separate stops—one to storage and one to our new home. This added convenience made a big difference for us. I would absolutely use Christian Brothers Moving and Storage for every move from here on out. Highly recommended!

Where is the zero stars option? DO NOT put a credit card on file with this company. Free rein to charge any labor hours they please after the job. Day 1: Workers were at my house for 4hrs. They charged 8hrs and said “clock starts when they start loading the truck with supplies at the shop”. Huh? Ok, even if 4 guys loaded some boxes and tape, it might take 15min. Shop is 15min from my house, so I’ll give you 1 extra hour. They still charged 6.5 instead of 5 (after originally trying to charge 8hrs). Day two: Workers started at 9:00am and finished at 6pm (included a 1hr lunch). 1.25hr drive back to shop. 10.25hrs total with drive time, but let’s be generous and say 11hrs. How much did they charge? 15hrs! That would mean they got back to the shop at midnight. Leaving my house at 6pm for a 1.25hr drive to the shop. Their only response: “we checked the cameras and gps and everything is correct”. Ok Christian Brothers. Share the GPS and Camera Footage. Would love to see what the crew was doing during the extra 6hrs over the weekend that I was charged. I hope they at least went to a Nuggets game or something fun on my dime. What a joke.

Christian Brothers followed through on everything they promised. If I had any questions or concerns I made a call and the office person, Mary, answered any an all questions/concerns. They were on time and did an incredible job both loading and any additional issues were addressed and completed. I would recommend Christian Brothers to anyone looking for a professional mover. Great company Great Job.

We recently moved across town and used Christian Brothers Moving & Storage, Inc. The entire process from beginning to end was flawless. We did a quote over the phone which was close to the final cost. The movers, Jimmy, Carlos A., Cesar R., Jorge M. And Luis G. arrived on time and were very efficient, and moved our belongings from house to house very carefully. They were extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Overall, what could have been a stressful day was not. We could not have imagined a better moving company and moving experience. We give Christian Brothers a 10 out of 10!

My husband and I have moved quite a bit in the past 11 years and have had bad experiences. Christian Brothers Moving and Storage was by far the BEST experience we have ever had with a moving company. They were extremely courteous, both the office staff and movers. The movers that came to get our belongings and delivered them to the new location were kind, quick and very careful with our things. Nothing was damaged and everything was delivered to our location without any issues. I highly recommend using Christian Brothers for your next move. Hands down the best movers!

Our experience with Christian Brothers and the moving crew was extremely positive. The scheduling and communication with the front office was great. The closing on our new house was delayed three weeks so we had to have our household goods put in CB storage. The crew was on time and friendly and worked quickly and carefully both times. We will certainly recommend Christian Brothers Moving to our family and friends for any moving and storage needs. Thank you for making a stressful process easy.

Christian brothers moving was great. Eddie and his team were professional and very careful with all of our belongings. We will definitely use them in the future.

We want to thank the whole office team and both moving crews for the loading and unloading. We felt they all did a great job and were very polite and attentive at all times. The communication from the office, to emails and calls from the drivers made everything easy. They actually loaded us up in under half the estimated time that was expected and then unloaded us nearly as quick the other end. We know moving can be a very stressful situation for us all, but Christian Brothers took a lot of this stress out of the whole process, especially moving across the country! Thank you again.

Worst moving company ever! I hired them, November 2022 and got a completely different attitude than they had when they were trying to selling me on their services. I paid for 3 men and only 2 showed up. Therefore the “contract” is void. They didn’t even bother to call me, They just had the working movers tell me. When I called Jackie at the front desk, I learned real quickly what low EQ looks like. Beyond rude, said she charged my credit card anyways, zero conversation just her way. Then Kristin was just as bad mentioning “we have so much business we don’t even need your business- 100% factual quote. I actually Told her I started recording her because the bullying of me not doing a service I never signed off on to begin with. We were on the phone for at least 1 hour before she actually realized me being pregnant and sick that it was too much. 1 full hour and the worst company in denver. Can’t wait to spread the word to everyone! Stay away from their contracts- charge you upfront

I had a poor experience with Christian Brothers Moving in September of 2022. Be very clear - this is NOT white glove service. Their service is like every other moving company that hurries, does not listen to requests, dumps the boxes and furniture in the new home wherever they want to and pushes to leave, without the support to place and re-assemble that is promised in the "sell-in". THIS IS NOT WHITE GLOVE SERVICE. The team arrived 2 hours late. When they arrived, they informed me they "forgot their tools" and could they borrow mine? I have several broken pieces of furniture (treadmill, expensive desk) for which it seems I have no recourse for reimbursement or repair. My move was 3 blocks so my furniture did not need to be forced into the truck and stacked such that it caused damage. I repeated this several times however the team did not register this information. It is a 6 minute drive between houses, yet it took them an hour to show up at the new house and they charged me for that hour. At the new home, when I asked them to remove their shoes for the new carpet in the basement - they informed me they can't take their shoes off (understandable if it is a safety issue) but I should have asked for protective paper for the carpet. I had to follow up on everything they set down - the moving team wanted to dump the boxes and furniture and run. I don't understand this approach since I paid by the hour. I will not hire Christian Brothers again. I pushed back on the invoice at the time of signature and I pushed back a couple of days later as I unpacked and found the damage to my things. However, there has been no follow up from CB. The sales people up front say all the things you want to hear - they are very reassuring, however the actual service does not meet their lip service.

Very impressed with this moving company. The team of 4 worked hard all day. They showed up on time and were very careful with our belongings. I highly recommend them.

Christian Brothers was great with my local move. They were on-time, professional, worked amazingly fast, were flexible and willing to unload the truck on the other end with all boxes and furniture going to the correct rooms. I would definitely recommend using them and will for sure use them again if needed.

The team was very polite and took care of all details. We were moving from a large house to a small townhouse. There were lots of stairs and heavy furniture. The team wrapped all items carefully. It was about a 12-hour job and it was very hot but the team never let up. They kept up a steady pace. We will use them again.

Great! James & Magdy did an awesome job packing for us. Nate came with them as the moving crew. They were fast, professional & the best crew we’ve ever worked with. They navigated our 3 story home with many trips up & down the steps. Awesome job!! We highly recommend this team & Kristen was great in setting up our contract & was very pleasant & responsive to work with. We highly recommend our Christian Brothers Moving crew.

The best thing I can say for them is they were fast. I should have known when they showed up at my door smelling like they just left a Grateful Dead concert. They took little care of our possessions. We even marked the boxes we packed and the items we did not pack, and they still ended up wherever they put them. Food and dishes in the garage, office supplies and files in the kitchen, and we are still trying to find some of the bedding and linens. We have moved our household a few times, and they were without a doubt the worst experience we have had. Avoid at all costs.

I’m not in the habit of writing negative reviews but my experience with Christian Brothers Moving & Storage, Inc. was so bad that I'm doing so with the hope of helping others avoid a similar experience. I hired them to pack and move me approximately 6 miles. I sustained over $10K in damage to my belongings and the cost of the move was nearly double their original quote. They didn’t even bother to come to my house to inventory the items before the move. Day 1 their packers arrived an hour and a half late (I was billed from the original start time), they dumped my belongings into boxes without protection and with total disregard for either monetary or sentimental value. They broke and threw away things without telling me. They left at noon for lunch and didn’t come back until 1:30PM, all for which I was billed. They announced at 2:30PM that their day was almost over and didn’t finish packing before they left. Day 2 the movers arrived a half hour late, they ran out of room on the trucks, and left me to move the remainder of the house on my own (it took me over 8 trips with my SUV filled to the brim to transport everything they left behind). They ran out of time to complete the move that day. So, I watched the movers drive away with my belongings not knowing when I would get them. The office staff leaves at 5PM sharp and there is no after hours support. I had to wait until the next day to find out when my things would be delivered. Insult to injury, their employees refused to wear masks, in the height of the pandemic, causing them to be escorted out of my new building by management. They said they would send a qualified furniture repair person to fix any damage from the move. They sent a 20 year old boy with a touch-up pen. He left and went to Ace Hardware to try to source the lost pieces from several tables without success. He returned with a package of silicone discs and some superglue which he handed to me saying that when I source the missing parts I could use the superglue to install them myself. Christian Brothers Moving & Storage, Inc. is a train wreck waiting happen. They don’t deserve to be in business and they certainly don’t respect people's belongings. They hide behind their contract as if it gives them right to act however and do whatever they please. If you care about your belongings do yourself a favor and find a different moving company!

A.J. Hamilton and Leauandrea were great movers. They arranged the boxes great in our new place. They also gave us this great tip to empty all of the wardrobe boxes while they were moving stuff in to save a lot of room. Worked great!

From the start, Christian Brothers Moving was great to work with! My first call was with Sabrina. She answered all my questions and got me a quote within an hour. We setup the move for March 26th and were going to store our belonging in their warehouse. With the crazy hot real estate market in Denver, plans changed 4 days before the move. We found a house and were able to move in very quickly. I called Christian Brothers and asked if they could take our belongings to a house vs their warehouse. I also asked if they could move some stuff out of a storage locker as well. They said they could accommodate both requests. There was a small change in the quote, due to the extra stop at the storage locker. The day before the move, Christian Brothers contacted me to verify all the info, time, and addresses. The morning of the move, AJ called me and said they were heading our way. He also asked if we needed any last-minute boxes or other items. Once they arrived, AJ introduced the team (Joey, Jeremiah, and Alex), explained that they were employees of Christian Brothers (not day workers), went over the paperwork, clearly stated what they could and couldn’t move (propane tanks, chemicals, firearms\ammo), then asked for a tour of the house. In each room, the team asked questions about items moving\staying. We were told to take it easy and not help. They were here to do the move for us. Then they got to work. They protected the big items and shrink-wrapped items not in boxes. Within a few hours, the house was packed. They went to the storage locker and cleaned that out as well. When they got to the new house, AJ asked if someone would sit next to the front door and direct where boxes went. They set up our beds, table, desk, and hutch as well. At the end of the day the team had worked 9.5 hour and the quote was for 10 hours. AJ added everything up and the total bill was lowered to 9.5 hours of work. This was the easiest move I had ever done! Next time my family moves, we will call Christian Brothers moving and recommend them to anyone needing to move.

Jesus and Lawrence did a great job. The were fast but looked after our things with no damage. Would definitely use them again.

Awesome moving company. They packed our house in Colorado, stored our items at their facility until we found a house in Tennessee then brought our items to our new house and unloaded our items very quickly. I would highly recommend. Jose - our driver - was AWESOME

We were charged for the time it took the foreman to go rent a truck because they don't have a fleet. Movers were at our house for less than 4 hours but we were still charged for 6 hours. Our VERY expensive furniture was damaged but company refused to pay more than $200 which we had to beg for. They did not return a single call - we had to call them continuously and ask what the status of our claim was. It is going to cost us a lot more than $200 to repair our furniture. There are deep gouges in our bed frame - not scratches. Gouges! They broke our grill completely and didn't even bother to try to put it back together. The foreman had the nerve to ask for a tip, stating that they are a "Five star company trying to get five star reviews". There was nothing "Five star" about this experience.

I loved the guys who came and moved us out of our house they were fast and supper carful with our belongings However we stored our furniture and when I called they reassured me that the same guys would come and unfortunately it was a totally different team THEY WERE AWFUL!!!!! I am not sure how you can go from one extreme to the next but it was!! I had so many issues they broke fountains broke the glass on my china hutch, snow blower handle ripped off, chunks of wood missing off my dresser, missing side rails to our master bed that is king size so very large pice of wood! Later they did find it however we had to go get it they always keep rescheduling. also lost our dolly, fountain piece, tent, and hose real. They also put huge scratches on walls moving my furniture in! I would not recommend they at all!!!
