I took time off work to meet the estimator and he was on time and seemed to do a thorough inspection of the work that needed to be done. He promised to get me a quote later that day (he could not do it instantly because he needed to talk to the drywall guy). That was a Friday; I didn't hear anything back that day. On Monday, I called and he said he would have a quote for me on the painting later that day, but that he did not want to quote me on drywall because "his guy gave him a number, but it was outrageous, and since he has to upcharge if I go through Certapro, I'd be better off going directly through the drywall contractor." He promised to pass contact information along. I never heard anything from either the estimator or the drywall contractor. It's now been almost 2 weeks. I have no interest or desire to follow up at this point and feel like my time was completely wasted.

CertaPro has painted two of my rental houses in Highlands Ranch. After they did the first one, the neighbors all wanted to know who did the work as they were so fast and efficient and both houses looked great after they were done. The last one was in January, which they fit in between snow and cold weather. I was not at either house when the work was done, but the results were great.

The painters were prompt and did a good job painting.

It was HORRIBLE! Worst people in the world to work with. Their TV commercials say that respect you home and your lifestyle. That's a bunch of BS. Left proped open our front door without saying a word and just watched while our house cat escaped. Instead of apologizing or trying to help find him, they called my husband a f***** and told him to get a dog. Then they attempted to physically assault him! If you have any sense whatsoever, do not use this piece of crap company!!

The man who came to our house to prepare the estimate was very professional and courteous. He was thorough with his assessment and we were happy with the estimate he provided. Once we made our color selection, they scheduled to start at our house right away. There were a few days of weather delay which is to be expected this time of year. Since they couldn't get started until later in the week, the men doing the work said that they would work over the weekend (the weekend before Thanksgiving). They didn't show up and didn't call. They did come on Monday and on Tuesday, but weren't here all day. When we left for Thanksgiving, I did go ahead and give my credit card information to the supervisor (which I should not have done and that is my fault) in good faith to show that we were ready to pay when the job was complete - even though we were going to be out of town for a few days. We came home from Thanksgiving (the Sunday after) and almost no further work had been done. Again, there were some weather issues, and a holiday so I wasn't that alarmed or upset. By that Friday I had not heard one word from anyone and there were nice weather days that week when work could have been done. I then reconciled my bank account and realized that my card had been charged for the full amount! I emailed the supervisor and he apologized and said that he was told the job was complete. But we hadn't signed anything acknowledging that is was complete. He sent workers over the next day. These were different workers and though they were very polite, they didn't speak much English which made it difficult to communicate. They worked for a few more days and then another man came by the last day to do the touch up work that we pointed out to him. He was also polite and spoke very good English. After they were all gone, there was debris in our yard (paint rags and painters tape) and paint chips scattered around from where they had scraped off the old paint. And our garden hose was strung out through the flower bed (and it was coiled up nicely under the spout when they arrived). In summary, we would not hire them again. We were promised a daily check in with updates and progress - which we didn't receive. There was debris left in our yard. Our card was charged for full payment nearly a week and a half before the work was complete.

They did a great job. The gentlemen that did the work were awesome. They were very caring and cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with their work. They did a great job overall.

I hired CertaPro to paint the exterior of my house after receiving a handful of bids. I discussed the pealing paint all around my house to all the sells reps that provided bids, as the South side of my house was in bad shape. Certa was the lowest and it's understandable why they were. They subcontract out the labor, and they are a huge franchise that gets good deals on paint. I had an issue with the painting crew they hired because I wasn't able to stick around and monitor their work and enforce the contract. The crew was sloppy and cut corners where they could and didn't listen when I mentioned the bad shape the south of my house was. I had a lot of peeling/delaminating paint on the south side of my house and the Certa sells rep told me they will use peelbond paint to create a good seal. Well the paint crew didn't do it and the pealing showed through the multiple coats of paint they applied. I meet with the owner, Pat, and the sells rep and the foremen of the paint crew to do the punch list and come up with a solution do to address the delaminating paint. Pat set up a meeting with a Sherwin Williams paint rep to look at our situation and came up with a solution. Use peelbond paint. I was pretty annoyed at this time since the job should have been done by now, but felt comfortable that Certa was going to take care of the issue. Best thing Certa did next was they didn't send out the same paint crew to finish the job. I had no confidence that the original paint crew would handle the rework in a professional manner as I'm sure they weren't getting paint to correct their mistake. The second paint crew came out applied the peelbond primer and another coating of top coat and resolved the problem. The second paint crew missed a couple of spots I found later, and Certa sent them back out to complete the job. To show they stood behind their work and the recommendation to use the peelbond primer from the Sherwin Williams rep, Pat gave me an extended warranty. CertaPro employees were all very respectful and professional during my entire project.

Painters were nice clean and courteous, late one day but made up for it in the hard work . Communication was great throughout the process

The work that they have done was very well. The whole staff was very professional from the people answering the phone in their office to the guys actually doing the painting. They were very good.

The painter showed up on time and was very efficient in how he got the job done. I was amazed at how quickly he completed the job.
