This is my second time using this company. This time they arrived late (an hour plus late) and didn't finish the job. They only cleaned the outside and asked to reschedule to complete the job at a later date (2 weeks later). I paid for the services rendered and will not be scheduling with them in the future.
Description of Work: I have used this company in the past and was pleased with the results. I had the outside and inside windows cleaned along with the window tracks and screens. While cleaning an upstairs bathroom they accidentally broke a glass shade on a light fixture on a custom order vanity light. I contacted the owner and they paid the cost of an entire new light fixture due to the original light fixture I had could no longer be ordered. I was please with the customer service they offered and also their quality of work so when my windows needed cleaned again I scheduled with them.

We very much regret this situation. Firstly, we need to arrive on time and communicate with our customers if for some reason we cannot. Secondly, the work should have been finished when scheduled. Our sincere apologies. Lastly, this year has been crazy busy for us, and it pains us that our next openings at this time are two weeks out. Our customers should not have to wait two or three weeks for a window cleaning. To remedy this, we are trying to hire, but hiring the "right" employees, then training them properly is time-consuming. Our issues should not become yours, we need to do better. I am noting your account in our system, the Member, and if you do choose to use our services again, we will give you a 15% discount on our next visit. Again, our apologies.

Have used this company before with excellent results. However, two different people this time and one in particular was problematic. Had to monitor his work... ex. some windows not cleaned without prompting, screens not properly re-attached, screens placed on a white upholstered couch and outside gate left open when job was finished .

Thanks, Member, for your feedback. As you know, we did address this situation with that particular employee, as we fully agreed that his work was unsatisfactory and not up to Blue Sky's standards. We do provide tarps and shoe booties, etc, to protect your property as well as extensive training, so we are sorry that these tools and practices were not put to full use in your home. We'll do much better next time.
