They do excellent work but have very high prices.

Called and made an appointment; repairman came on time; work performed; came back next day with vent cap.

The individual that came out was very good. He completed the work pretty quickly. I had to order the part. They were very quick about getting back to me. When I called them it was late at night and I thought they were good at getting back to me within about 90 minutes. Their price seemed pretty reasonable. I would use them in the future too.

I love them. They are very considerate and they definitely kept me informed on what was going on. They really cleaned up after themselves. They were pretty fast. They are really great. The price was less than what I thought it would be. They were very professional and I will absolutely use them again.

I was quite pleased with their service, from start to finish. The price quoted was the price paid. He even re-routed (at no extra charge) a short length of black (gas) pipe that the original plumber had installed between the furnace and the gas heater. I no longer need to struggle with angles and bend the HVAC filter when it's time to change it!

I got the same technician that did the work last year. He was very through and personable and professional. I will use them again next year.

Went well. Plumber was slower than he anticipated, but company removed charges for additional time from bill. They are close to our house and this is the 3rd time we've used them and would hire them again.

A dream. They work with a great contractor who has the ability to solve any unforseen issues that arise during the project. He suggested the tile which is georgeous. They did the whole job for half the estimate we got from Bell. They were quick and neat ,professional and punctual and considerate of our need to function throughout the job.

Excellent work from start to finish!

Very knowledgable, fast, pleasant, and effecient. Found a leak difficult to locate behind living room wall which was coming from up stairs bath drain. The only evidence of a leak was 3 floors below on the basement floor. He trouble shooted in some very clever ways and pinpointed the leak exactely behind the couch in the living room. Made the smallest opening possible and repaired the pipe in record time. His name was Andy and this guy was super!

I spent about $860 on that work. I would recommend them to others. They were very friendly and came for an estimate. They showed up on time and did the work they promised to do. It worked out fine and exactly what the estimate was. They took them almost 4 hours to complete the work and cleaned up after themselves.

I am still getting estimates. All the companies I got estimates from were from your list. Two of them came and gave me identical estimates. One of them is coming on Saturday. None has done the work yet. Bill Smith was fine. I don?t have any complaints. He gave me an estimate for $2600. He was professional. He sent me a very detailed estimate on the e-mail. He was well in the cost base. I need to have the galvanized pipes removed and copper ones put in. The price is average. It is not great. It did not beat the other estimate.

I have been using them for over 20 years. I can rely on them to usually do a good job and fix the problem.

They had to come out on two separate days and both days they arrived on time, very professional, very informative. The work was finished quicker than expected and the price was lower that I had anticipated. When I first learned that all the piping was going to have to be redone, and a gas line was going to be moved and ductwork reinstalled I was terrified for my pocket book - and especially in December. My only wish is that I had hired these guys in the first place to get the job done right.

Service was done efficiently , they had to come back a couple of days later to change a joint but the main problem was resolved that same day.

The kitchen drain was cleared, but then clogged up again within a week. The toilet that had the handle replaced would continue running after being flushed. I called Bill Smith Plumbing and the plumber came back and cleared the drain again. When I called about the toilet running they said that there was no record of the plumber working on the toilet, but they sent another plumber out to look at it. I noticed on the work order that it was noted that the original plumber denied ever working on the toilet. The second plumber replaced the inner parts of the toilet bowl and I paid for that. I continue to have problems with this toilet and it is actually worse than it was before any of the Bill Smith plumbers worked on it. I decided to just live with it for the time being because I do not want to call Bill Smith Plumbing again.

I was satisfied with this experience. They are professional and easy to work with.
