A service person associated with another repair noted the possibility of a slow leak inside our wall at a plumbing connection. The plumber from Bill Smith quickly found it and made the repair. He was efficient, personable and completed the job perfectly.

Great. They came out the first time a week prior and let us know that we had the wrong type of faucet for our sink. They didn't charge us for that call, made several helpful recommendations for the type we should get and came back out promptly when we had purchased the correct type. They were friendly, on time and very efficient. A++

Discovered a serious leak in our hot water heater in the early morning. We had flight plans for that day, so needed a quick response. We wanted to get it replaced and fixed before we left. (Also had a water shut off valve for the hot water heater that wouldn't completely close, so we couldn't just valve it off and leave it without shutting off whole house water). Response was quick, at the time they promised (mid morning). Very professional work, quickly replaced the hot water heater and replaced the shut-off valve. Job was performed neatly, and was tolerant of us as we were moving stuff and mopping up water from the bad hot water heater. Cost was as promised, no surprises.

They were great. They did a good job and communicated clearly and were fair with their pricing. I've used them for years and it just so happened they had a "Big Deal," but they're still reliable and trustworthy.

I was very satisfied with the service. The plumber was prompt, courteous, and professional. I purchased the faucet in advance from Home Depot but a part was missing from the box. The plumber removed the old faucet only to discover that he couldn't install the new faucet without the part. He scheduled to return the following day. Despite the fact that the missing part was not his fault, I was not charged for a second service call.

Very impressed with this company and my serviceman. quick reponse and great communication via email and phone. called for leaky toliet and asked him to look at a vouple of other things while he was there. He happily did and fixed them quickly. He explained what was causing the problems of all. Very efficient and professional.

Nice, punctual plumber. Ice machine water line has a great new shut off valve. The bathtub leak repair was more complicated, requiring someone from the shop to deliver a part. The leaking stopped, but the hot water handle did not come to a firm stop. I called and spoke with the owner about that issue. He was a great listener and worked with me to get the problem solved at no charge to me. The owner and the plumber were very nice, professional people. I have recommended them to a friend.

This company already had good rateing with Angies list. They gave a competative bid. Three workman showed up on time. The work was done quickly, cleanly and I am pleased with the results. Will use them again.

Everyone I spoke with at the office and the technician were very helpful and looking out for the best use of our Deal. We will definitely use them for the follow-up toilet replacement.

Rocky Mountain Radon came out and installed our radon mitigation promptly after calling and scheduling. They were in and out within a couple of hours of showing up and performed the job sufficiently and quickly and left no mess. Can't beat them for the price!

I had Bill Smith Plumbing come out to look at running an expansion gas line for my gas dryer. The gas piping is exposed in the laundry room, so it seemed as it should/would be a fairly easy and inexpensive job. I had Bill Smith come out and provide an estimate, along with two other companies, specifically because they were running a deal promotion on Angie's List for $200 worth of plumbing for $99. The first issue was the timing of having the estimator come out to give the inspection. Their soonest available appointment for an estimate was a week out, so due to the savings potential I chose to wait the week to see if I could save some money. Once they finally arrived, we walked through the job that needed to be performed and he told me that he wouldn't be able to have a quote for me until the next day. The other 2 companies that I had out were able to provide me an on the spot quote and needed no additional time to calculate. I asked him to ballpark the estimate and what he said nearly knocked me off my feet. He was throwing numbers out in the $700 - $800 range, whereas the other guys said they could do it for $250. It seems to me like they are overpricing jobs to compensate for the deals they're offering on this site.

THey were prompt and did a good job. The plumber was knowledge about the subject matter. They charged an extra 15-20 minutes to write up the receipt.

I have an older condo and during a faucet replacement in my kitchen the valve broke off the main water line. It was an old plastic valve and I've literally had to replace most of the ones in my bathrooms and now kitchen. I called Bill Smith Plumbing on a Sunday late in the day and they called me first thing Monday morning. There were able to schedule me at 10 am. Scott came out and did an excellent job. As soon as he arrived he got right to work and replaced the valve and faucet within an hour or so. He even had a great personality which is nice when you are dealing with something unexpected and stressful.

The plumber arrived and assessed the situation. He started work immediately and everything went smoothly.

Workers were punctual and very professional. They also had a good sense of humor. Most of the expense involved the unusual interior water valves designed for this purpose. The company honored my Groupon coupon which helped reduce the cost somewhat. Overall a pleasant (if expensive) experience and I would certainly consider hiring this company again for my general plumbing needs.

My plumber actually was able to arrive earlier than expected. It was a pretty routine maintenance job and was finished in less than an hour. He was extremely professional and I was very happy with the service. I would definitely hire this company again for any job and certainly for something more complicated given how attentive they were to my smaller repairs.

I was very pleased although it was pretty expensive. Don't believe they are more expensive than the average, though.

Everything was fine... just the high expense turned me off a bit.

After cleaning the furnace, the tech tested it and found that the air flow was unusually low. He continued to investigate & found that the AC coil was blocked with a hard layer of dirt. After cleaning the furnace ran as it should. I notice a lot more air coming through the registers and the furnace does not turn on and off as often. I have used this company for at least 5 years - they always do a great job and solve whatever problem they encounter. He suggested making an appointment in July to have both the furnace and A/C serviced! What a great idea. I had always scheduled them separately.

We are very happy with what was done, the professionalism of the plumbers, quickness of their work and the price was reasonable for what was done with great quality of work and parts used. We will definitely use this company from now on when plumbing services are needed! The one other comment was the first appointment I was told they would call when they were on their way, but did not receive a call before the plumber showed up. No big deal. They did call for the second appointment prior to the plumber coming. Would definitely recommend for their knowledge, quality of work and price.

Good job. I wanted toilet t flush without personall attention (holding handle/nonflush), water to flow through showerheads, and humidity to rise above 30%. Bill spent lots of time fiddling around, got toilets to work >50% of time, showerheads have better flow, humidity is stable at 30% without fan running 24 hours per day Saved me a lot of money by not doing massive repairs that previous plumber had tried to up-sell on. Did not totally fix everything.

Service man, Michael & apprentice were very professional. Discussed the problem and went about fixing it. And, left the area cleaner than it was.

Responded quickly to set appointment, came to house on time, completed all work and was very knowledgable and professional.
