It's a very nice thermostat and he did it very efficiently. They gave a free estimate. He looked at the thermostat I bought and he thought it was excellent and it's what they normally use so we lined up the date for them to come out. The first date, they had to cancel because the guy who was coming out got the flu and they called 2 days in advance and told me that they don't have anyone so we put it off by 1 week. The next week, they came out. They were professional, good, quick and they did an excellent job. They did what I asked them to do. He went through the steps of what they would be doing and when they came, they did it and they left and I couldn't have been happier.

It went reall well. They came and took care of my heater. They were punctual, courteous and professional.

Plumber arrived at house and told us that the job and quot;required unlimited fundsand quot; (Unbelievable) and they were not capable of doing the work. We were charged a and quot;trip charge and hourly estimate fee.and quot; I hired another plumber and job was completed in 3 hours and total charge was $285.00.

They are close to where we live that’s why I chose them. I like their work even though it’s pretty expensive. The work they did was good.

It was an interesting experience. It was a less than desirable experience. They didn’t have a part so they sent the man back out again and spent another hour or 2 from site. He didn’t have the again. They ordered the part and came back out 2 weeks later. The communication was the biggest problem. The experience was okay. The people were good and friendly. The work was good. I thought their pricing was high.

They were excellent. His pricing was very reasonable especially for the quality. They were very professional. They seem to do over and above what was needed. They explained some things to us to keep the problem from happening again in the future. He cleaned up very thoroughly after. They were on time. I would recommend them to others.

I've used Bill Smith ever since I found them on Angie's list. I will not use any other plumber. Every project they have worked on at my house has been done properly and professionally. For the work they do, I think their cost is very reasonable.

Bill Smith Plumbing and Heating got the boiler working. I wasn't overly confident that he had 100% handle on what was going on with the boiler, but he did get it done. They were a little expensive, the price was way higher than what I paid for the big deal. He didn't give me an explanation for what was wrong. He went out there and messed around with it a little bit and got it fixed, but that isn't what you pay somebody $125/hr for. I wasn't totally satisfied, but he got it fixed and it's worked since then.

It was outstanding. We spent more than that because they made a trip back...on the faucet installed we ended at about eighty dollars. When they returned...at the time and I can't remember if there were parts or not but the time was an additional of fifty dollars.

Bill Smith Plumbing replaced my old gas lowboy water heater with a new electric low boy in my crawlspace. They weren't the cheapest, but they caught several code issues in their quote that the less expensive contractor missed and would have been more costly, anyway. My water heater was still functioning, but the job was still scheduled quickly, the guys were here on time with everything they needed for the job, were mindful of the needs of my job, and did a good, professional job. The mechanical permit inspection by Douglas County passed on the first look.

Fast, friendly, gave advice to help prevent the problem.

I had a clog in my kitchen sink drain that was getting worse. I tried snaking it myself with no luck so i gave this company a call. They arrived on time and were very friendly. The issue ended up being about 30 feet down, just 5 feet further than my snake would go. :-) They gave me tips on how to keep it maintained and they were very reasonably priced. I would use them again in the future.

Determined that he was not the right person to work on this particular problem and did not charge. Unexpected and professional courtesy.

Was a difficult job but he stuck with it and was extremely professional and courteous. Was on time - even though he had to wait a few minutes for my husband to show up! Would highly recommend it and definitely use them again. Hard to find reliable folks who do what they say, when they say and they def are those types of folks!! The guys on the phone to schedule the appointment could be a bit more friendly, but I'm not judging them on "manners". Overall, terrific experience (especially for my first Angie's List experience!)

They replaced a shutoff valve for me. It took about an hour. I didn't have any problems scheduling an appointment with them.

I paid $50 for $100 worth of work and the service guy could not tell me where the loose pipe was and then charged me an additional $14. In house for 30 minutes.

Everything went really well,. Even though we experienced an unrelated power outage in our neighborhood, we set up some emergency lighting and he did his job well.

.After inspection ir was not a plumbing probelm but " a roter rooter guy", which they supplied me wiih name of vendor that could help. They are very good and have become our Plumber of choice!. I have no concerns about them at all. They are great!!

They sent a younger plumber out the first day and he had difficulty clearing the drain. The following day they sent two plumbers out and cleared it all up. Because they didn't get it the first day, they charged us $0! What an honorable and reputable business treatment we received. We will be using them again.

Got a call from the company a few minutes after the schedule window started, that the technician, Michael, was on his way. Michael was professional and answered all my questions wrt the installation. I was overall happy with the services performed. I will hire this company again for future plumbing needs.

The repairman was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He quickly determined the problems and repaired them. I will definitely call them for future plumbing repairs.

The representative was extremely helpful and informative, even knowing I would not be able to use his company. I would call them again in the future.

Scheduling was easy (and this was during a holiday period), the plumber called when he was on his way, and he arrived promptly. He exchanged the faucets quickly, tested our home water pressure, and gave us information and tips regarding our kitchen's plumbing.

I like them. I was very happy with them. They were very honest and punctual. It was so much better than the place that I was using...it was charging so much more. They just seem professional and did a good job.
