Beyond Roofing

Beyond Roofing told me my shingle was no longer made. This was a lie because roofers need to be trained by the manufacturer to install my the of roof. The lied to me so I would hire them. We signed the contract in May but they started late August. They did not install the Decra XD shingle in the signed contract but installed a discontinued Tamko shingle instead and my roof is worthless. They claimed more OSB was replaced on the garage than they replaced and they cheated Liberty Mutual. They also claimed they took off two layers of composite shingle off the garage and my garage never had composite shingles so this was another cheating the insurance company. Read the back of the contract, they can destroy your home and they are not responsible to fix. They can take any reimbursement your insurance company gives you. They installed a skylight crooked and refuse to fix. The gutters were done twice and still leak and look awful. Bob Packmayer bought a company with a great reputation but he has a different business plan. Packmayer came on my property, thru two gates, and encountered me in my backyard and yelled and blamed me for all the problems and delays. He laughed at me when I started crying. He and David Pursley cheated me after they found out my husband had just passed away from cancer and I was exhausted from taking care of him on home hospice. They are vultures and will prey on the weak. My job was $40K and since they put a worthless roof on my home this all went in their pocket.

Everyone from Beyond Roofing was great to work with, and they made the whole process easy. Everything went smoothly, from the initial estimates, to working with the insurance, to the work itself and follow-ups. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They were friendly, professional, and kept on top of everything. They worked hard to put me at ease about the entire process. There were a couple of occasions where they were a bit late for appointments, but they were always apologetic and professional about it. Things happen, and it didn't detract from the overall experience at all. They also did a small board replacement around one of my gutters free of charge, and were great about recommending contractors for other types of work. Great job all around!

The insurance estimate was less than the estimate provided by Beyond Roofing. They agreed to honor the insurance claim and if there were additional costs, they would work it out with the insurance company. He estimates the work to be done in just over one day with 5 crew members.
