We had an initial meeting and property walk-thru, which went well. We discussed some of our goals in renting the townhome, including how to help ensure the tenants would take good care of the property and lease-length would work best for us. Bergan had several interested parties shortly thereafter. Ultimately, it took a few weeks, but Bergan got us a good tenant on a three-year lease. We are only a few months into this lease, but it is looking like it was a very good decision.
Description of Work: We decided to have Bergan Realty help us rent our townhome. It seemed the price for their services was very reasonable for the work. Also, it seemed desirable for us to have them help us both with the initial lease / tenant finding and with the on-going relationship management.
