This is the first time i have used Home Advisor. My previous experience with a contractor recommended by Angies list was poor. The contractor spent more time covering up their mistakes and online profile than correcting issues. I am pleases with the results of Home Advisor so far. Benjamin of Benjamin Skylights came by and did the estimate in person. He had product literature for the Velux skylights and accessories. This is extremely important as there is a myriad of options for these skylights. No one else provided this basic level of service. His pricing was less than the others. No one else responded with a knowledgable person at our home. Our project was 5k replacing 3 skylights with remote operated shades etc. The new skylights are lower profile on the roof and Benjamin corrected the problems with flashing on the skylights when we had a roof replaced three years ago. What an excellent and professional operation Benjamin Skylights has put together. I highly recommend for these reasons: Competitive price, Excellent workmanship, and On time performance.

Showed up when he said he was going to. Came back the next day with the glass. Found another problem that was urgent and took extra time out of his day to come back and fixed the other problem. Didn't charge extra. Polite kind efficient.
