The technician who came to my home, Kendrick, was fantastic! He worked quickly and efficiently, was respectful that it was also my husband's work from home space, and was professional throughout. He took pictures of what he found in both my furnace and my AC condenser, and then walked me through what each of those pictures was and meant so I could advocate for myself and my family. I would definitely recommend this company!

Our tech Tristan was very helpful. He took his time to diagnose the problem and was able to repair one part but was concerned about another part. He referred Gill to us, and we were able to get a new furnace with no wait time, at really great value. The part that Tristan replaced was refunded back to our new furnace. Tristan did the install and was efficient and walk us through the new unit and made sure everything worked. Highly recommended.

Do yourself a favor and hire this company to work with your heating or cooling system!! My boiler was replaced in ONE day!! They are beyond amazing!! Everything about them was incredible. They are efficient, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, hardworking, caring, and offer a 10 year warranty plan!! I shopped around and received 4 other estimates and BEHOLD beat them all!!!! Not only did the crew of Behold, Tristan and Kendrick, install a new furnace, but they also installed the Air Conditioning unit, all in one day! They were professional, thorough, friendly and diligent workers. Would hire them any time.

Behold Heating &Cooling diagnosed by furnace issue and correctly recommended a new furnace due to rust and leaks. Their bid was the most competitive and the customer service was outstanding. They were extremely courteous and followed up on all issues. We ended up with a fantastic new high efficiency furnace and new AC units with state of the art controller/thermostat controls. We are very pleased with Gilles and his crew.

Easy and quick

So you've seen those reviews where they say they wish they could leave zero stars? Yeah, I've been there too. Here's a case where I want to emphasize that five doesn't feel like enough. The easiest 5-star reviews are where someone comes out, does a job and everything goes well and we go about our lives. That would definitely deserve it. In this case, there was a snag with my humidifier installation and it wasn't Behold's fault or anything like that (I purchased the unit myself before getting installation quotes and that's where the snag was). Still, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything all the way through and they did so at affordable, reasonable pricing. I can't recommend these guys enough.

My boiler with steam radiators recently broke. I had two different companies tell me it was ruined and I needed a new one for about $33k. I had a 3rd company, Behold Heating And Cooling, come and fix it in a matter of minutes. They were awesome, honest and friendly. If I need new steam vents in the future , they are about 1/3 the price of the competitors. Donâ t get taken advantage of, these guys are awesome.

Ryan and company are fantastic! Immediately contacted us by text late on a Sunday night and was here first thing the next morning! We had no heat and he quickly and expertly diagnosed the problem, went across town to get the needed part, and fixed it quickly all at a very fair and reasonable price, much less than any of those big companies would have charged I'm sure. Couldnâ  t be happier! recommend Behold to anybody!

They were helpful and it was so nice to deal with them! They also were really reasonable! I was very happy because I have had such bad luck in the past with customer service in the past!

Replaced furnace, a/c, water heater and humidifier

Our furnace went out and they replaced it the same day.( worked late to get it all done) We also hired them to replace our water heater and A/C. They got it done in one day. They are very professional and explained everything we needed to know about our systems. They truly went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Behold Team!
