BAC Appliance Center

We did use BAC Appliances. They have a growing presence down here and they have been expanding it within the building that they are in. They were the best, most patient people ever. We were so indecisive and so difficult, in my opinion, I would have run away screaming. They answered all of our questions. They came to our house when we had a question about something. They were wonderful to work with, just outstanding customer service. Absolutely everything would be an 'A' for them on the grading scale. They went above and beyond. At one point in time, our general contractor forgot to mention that we needed to have our cook top on the scene for when something happened. I called them in and he said, 'where is the cook top that they said, it is in Denver, we will drive it down to you' and it was there that afternoon. I would actually dissuade people from going anywhere else. I was so impressed and I was so glad that I happened to find them. Somebody recommended, 'oh, there is a big showroom, since you are so indecisive, you should go up there and look there' and as it turned out I went and did exactly that. They said have you been to our showroom in Colorado Springs and I was like I didn't know there was one. We worked with both of them and they were just above everything. They exceeded our expectations completely.
