+ -1 moreAJ';s has removed the screens and cleaned the windows in my Condo complex the last several summers. They do an excellent job and are very friendly, yet don't get in your way. They clean everything up before they leave every day. At one point the battery in my vehicle was dead and AJ even gave me a jump start. Very nice guy.

+ -1 moreWe requested a quote and then set up the start date. It took a couple of days, but the end result was great! He began and completed the job as scheduled. We have very challenging windows and shutters, but there were no issues. We are very pleased and will hire him again.
Description of Work: AJ did a beautiful job cleaning all of the windows of our new home, inside and out! It took longer than he expected due to some of the heights, but he completed the job as he said. He was very conscientious and thorough. Great service from a great company!

+ -1 moreI chose not to have this company do the work they bid on for the reasons stated above.
Description of Work: Andrew came out and bid the cleaning of my windows inside and out for $126. He then faxed me a copy of the bid. When I read the description of the work to be done on the contract I called Andrew and questioned him on cleaning only the inside and the outside panes, he hadn't mentioned the cleaning of the two inside panes. Andrew said he didn't realize that there were four separate pieces of glass for each window, even though he came over and looked at my house and windows BEFORE he submitted the bid. He apologized and immediately said that would be twice the work and twice the price of the bid he faxed to me just the day before. I asked him IF he REALLY had come out to my house to see the windows BEFORE he submitted the bid. He said yes, he had come out to the house, but he is only human and makes mistakes sometimes. I declined having the work done by this company, if for no other reason than the principal.

+ -1 moreHE WAS A VERY NICE MAN AND COME ON TIME. THE WINDOWS LOOK LIKE THERE IS NO GLASS,THEY ARE VERY CLEAN,AND THE SCREENS LOOK LIKE NEW ONES. VERY RELIABLE PERSON AND WILL USE HIM AGAIN.
Description of Work: CLEAN ALL MY OUTSIDE WINDOWS BY HAND , REMOVED MY SCREENS AND CLEAN THEM TOO.
