+ -1 moreTHEY GOT THE PRODUCT SHIPPED TO ME FASTER THAN LOWE'S COULD & INSTALLED IT IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. THE INSTALLER WAS VERY THOROUGH & DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. OVERALL, IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE FLOOR LOOKS FABULOUS.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED 135 SQUARE FEET OF PRE-FINISHED, ENGINEERED HARDWOOD FLOORING & HAD IT INSTALLED IN A ROOM WITH A SLAB (CEMENT) FLOOR.

+ -1 moreIT TOOK MORE TIME THAN SHE QUOTED TO GET WORKERS TO DO THE JOB. THE JOB WASN'T DONE TO OUR SATISFACTION. AFTER AT LEAST 10 PHONE CALLS AND 2 FACE TO FACE VISITS, THERE WAS A COMMITMENT TO HAVE THE WORKER RETURN TO FIX THE FLOORS. WHEN THE WORKER GOT THERE, HE DIDN'T HAVE THE NEEDED TOOLS. HE SAID HE WOULD RETURN PROMPTLY AND THAT WAS 5 MONTHS AGO.
Description of Work: ASSISTED ME IN SELECTING FLOORING. GAVE ESTIMATE. ARRANGE FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE.
