Amazing customer service, top quality professionalism across the board. I never say this but I was totally blown away by the whole experience of working with 888 Heating. I just wish I had worked with them years ago. They went above and beyond on all levels. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Working with 888 Heating was an excellent experience! I called the office and got on the schedule right away! Kyle was able to come to our home the next day and replace my 15 year old AC unit that was blowing hot air. Within a couple of hours, their friendly and professional install team was able to install our new AC and upgrade our duct work and electrical and get our home cool again for a great price! I would recommend Kyle and 888 to all of my friends and family!!

I had a new system installed in July. Kyle came out and gave me the estimate. Wednesday of the following week they did the install. The work was great! Their tech Matt is awesome!

He did an excellent job. They've done in professionally. They were very clean. Everything was a top notch.

We've been long time customers but decided to check out other Heating & AC companies after our initial bid seemed a little high. Not only did 888 match our lowest bid, they did better plus their warranties were more extensive. Great people, great service!

On 6/6/17 888 Heating came to my home to inspect an A/C unit that wasn't functioning properly. Upon arrival, I informed the service tech that the condensor fan was not functioning and the tech began his inspection. Initially, the tech identified a blown fuse and a bad capacitor as the culprit but mentioned he would like to do a full condenser inspection and shortly after he concluded that the compressor was bad. According to the tech the condensor unit was so old that a compressor replacement wasn't a viable option and he shared the bad news; the entire unit needed to be replaced (to the tune of ~$5000.00). The rep completed his paperwork and informed me the owner would contact me to complete an estimate. Now, I called 888 Heating because the condensor fan wasn't functioning and all of a sudden the compressor went out...seemed odd. So, after the tech left I broke out my multimeter and decide I would check the compressor myself. I hate to say I wasn't surprised to find the compressor in working order. The capacitor and fuse however, were bad. At the time I decided I would give the tech the benefit of the doubt and would order the parts and replace them myself to confirm the unit was functional. A few days later the parts arrived, they were installed and the unit was rewired (service tech didn't bother to hook anything back up before he left) and the A/C was up and running. Needless to say, I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from 888 Heating. A miss-diagnosis of a compressor is a very difficult thing to do. One literally needs to hold the test leads on three contact points which takes seconds. I have only two conclusions here: either the service tech is completely incompetent or he is dishonest. Sadly, it is very hard for me to think he could be that grossly incompetent. To be fair, I did speak to the owner who seemed genuinely apologetic but it was far too late. As I told the owner, I would never, ever use 888 Heating again even though he offered free service in the future. The bottom line is one needs to trust the integrity of a their contractors and 888 Heating will never get my trust back. If you choose to use 888 Heating please do so with extreme caution. I paid ~$35 to replace the parts and had I gone with the 888 Heating diagnosis it would have cost ~$5000. If something doesn't seem right PLEASE get a second opinion or if you're capable, check it for yourself. As long as you're VERY careful (no joke, you could be killed or seriously injured) you can learn almost anything online.

I took bids from several companies, and boy am I ever glad that I chose 888 Heating. Garrett came out and gave me a quote, actually three quotes...Good, Better, and Best. He was very detail oriented, brought up things the other companies did not consider, and also came up with a solution for an upstairs room that I have that needed some air - that none of the other companies considered. His attention to detail was exceptional, and not only that- he and his team (Ben and Joel) delivered on everything that he said they would do. My install was not going to be easy in my mind, as it also involved a crane in getting my AC Compressor into place. It was a couple of days work, but they sure made it look easy - as they were very efficient in installing everything (AC Unit, Furnace, Air purifier, additional room ductwork) in a very timely manner. They worked very well with other professionals on the job at my place (electricians and crane operator) and left my place as clean or probably cleaner than when they got there. I think and believe that Garrett, Ben and his team are honest, reliable, trustworthy, do exceptional work - and I can assure you that whenever I need heating or cooling help in the future, these fine folks will be the professionals that I call, although I really consider them family at this point.

The job went very well. The owner manager went the extra mile to explain the product, recommendation of products, and interaction with regard to the job.
