+ -1 moreI would not use this company. 210.00 is a lot of money for a lock that may or may not work.
Description of Work: I told them I needed my pull behind camper door unlocked and re-keyed. I called them on the way to meet them at the storage unit where the camper is to tell them I forgot the key at home and would be about 10 minutes late. The tech told me not to get the key and that he could take care of it. He said several times do not go back home to get the key I can take care of it. Well he unlocks the door but can not re-key the lock. I ask him will this work and he says I don't know because we need the key. He tells me to just leave it unlocked and try the key later. The locksmith also tells me that he does not actually work for this company he just take the jobs if they call him with work.

Description of Work: The guy looked at my lock and said that he could get it back together for a time, but it would not last very long.
