I requested that another line be cleaned that had been cleaned in the past. The provider recommended that the main line be cleaned instead. This happened. After he left, the line backed up again and I called for him to return to clean the additional line. He did, in fact, return later. Provided the additional service at no cost. It would have been preferred if he had cleaned out both lines as suggested by the property owner.

Brent came the same day we called. He analyzed which sewage pipes would have been involved in the sewage overflow under the water heater, and which one to use to get the four inch cutter blade into -- the pipe behind the water heater. We had misunderstood the pictures from the South Arapahoe Sanitation District years ago, that showed roots obstructed a high percent of the sewer pipe opening into the street sewer --should have had the roots cleared immediately back then! The roots were the obvious cause for our sewage overflow. Brent used the cutter on the roughly 100 feet of sewer to the main sewer line in the street, and showed me some of the root hairs. Took about 80 minutes. All professionally done & a friend to have. The only real drawback was that the cutter machine dropped about 30 spots of sewage going back up the stairs to the front door, but Amway LOC took care of that.

On time, got right to work, cleaned up, $99.00. Well done.

Noticed wet carpet in basement and checked to find floor drain was backed up. I called $99 Rooter about 9:30 am and they were at my house by 1:00 pm. The serviceman (Brent) was very professional and experienced and had my drain flowing in no time. I had my furnace/ac serviced recently and a lot of dust etc got in the drain and backed it up. I checked Angie's List and selected this company because they had an "A" rating and many reviews. I live south of Parker and the company did charge me a trip charge of $40. I was told this when I made the service call and decided to use $99 Rooter anyway because of their excellent rating and reviews.

As a landlord, $99 Rooter was easy to use. Tara called the tenant to make an appointment for a mutually agreeable time and then called us back to let us know when they would be going to the residence. On the day of the appointment, they called to let us know they were on their way and called the tenant as well. They serviced the original problem, called us to let us know what they found and remedied the situation. We paid by credit card and were very pleased with the ease of working with them. It went well. I called on Tuesday, get an appointment for first thing Friday morning. The technician showed up on time and got right to work. Thoroughly cleaned out the line. No complaints. $50 Trip charge to Boulder and $25 fee to pull a toilet makes $99 Rooter significantly more expensive. I know there are many other providers in the $150-170 range.

Shawn, the repairman was great. He tested to see if the back up was in the main line and determined that it was not and thereby saved me $99 by not having to clear that line. The main line is 135 ft. long. He was pleasant, helpful and gave good advice on how to avoid clogging the kitchen line in the future.

It turned out well. They came out that same day, I couldn't believe it.

Both services were $99. Significantly less than competition I had used 3 yrs earlier. They provided the names of 2 firms to do the repair work. Requested quotes from 3 firms. $99 Rooter did not do the trenching and repair work required. Their response time, both times I have used them, has been same day. And both times the line was cleared was the price quoted. No adders.

We discovered our main drain had backed up with sewage on a Saturday night. We called about 6 providers that either didn't return our call, or could not come until Monday or late Sunday. $99 Rooter has great Angie's reviews, so I called them early Sunday morning. Even though they charge $50 for a service call to Boulder, they were able to come Sunday morning (without any additional out-of-hours charge). They were prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. Are drains are now clear. We may use them again in spite of the $50 extra for serving Boulder, because their price otherwise seemed very reasonable.

Tom, the plumber, was prompt, friendly, competent and cheerful. He did a great job fixing a plugged kitchen drain and a very slow running bathroom sink drain. He was considerate with his machine and did a super clean-up after he was finished.

Our kitchen main drain line became clogged after a major renovation. 99 Rooter found and fixed the problem effortlessly.. They were prompt, neat, and polite.

The service went well, the technician was knowledgable and straight forward. They were running late from the time they were originally going to arrive but they remained in touch and made us aware of approximately arrival times as the time slipped.

The kitchen line was blocked and food stuff was coming up from the basement drain. The plumber was prompt and cleared the blockage quickly. My only complaint was that he didn't clean up afterward.

the two service men arrived as scheduled. One did the line cleaning and the other took the video of the ine. They did a very thorough job and cleaned up when they were done. I have a video of the line to show the water and sewer company so that they can look elsewhere to find out where the line is broken that is putting sewage in the ground water and then into our sump pump.
