$99 Rooter LLC

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. They did what they said they were going to do and the cost was what they said it was going to be.

My mother is elderly and I was very concerned about not being there when the plumber arrived and worked. The plumber they sent was Ben and he did is job with extreme professional care and also was very sensitive to the fact that he was working with an elderly customer. I was unable to be there, but I spoke with Ben on the phone when the job was finished. He was informative and very careful to explain the problem to me. Mom was pleased and I was relieved. I would not hesitate to use this service again. I only wish there were more people like Ben in every industry. SM Sanchez

Could have been a little more clean with boots but cleaning that up was nothing compared to the mess from the backup.

Main line was backed up. Called $99 Rooter to have someone come out and take a look. 1st individual arrived promptly within time stated and checked things out and determine if it was a main line or local toilet event. He determined it was a mail line issue but he was not equipped to handle that. He called his main office for another individual who could perform the mail line cleanout and another time was loosely scheduled. I say loosely because the individual was in Aurora on another job. After several hours, Rob shows up with his son (assistant). Tough I wished they would have arrived earlier, I have no issues as it was early in the evening (6-7 pm) and people have to eat supper. Last thing i want while my plumbing gets corrected is someone who is starving and could be upset easily. So all is still OK. Rob determined that it would be easier to remove the toiled instead of the roof vent, and would be less costly also. So I took that option. Rob had equipment problems right out the gate and needed to effect repairs in my bathroom. It took a while but at least the plumbers were here and determined to correct my problem. They fixed their equipment and then cleaned out the main line. Problem appeared to be near the street main sewer connection. I have two 90 degree turns close to the main sewer connection and that is more than likely where the plug occurred. OK now the main line is cleaned and working. I also wanted them to clean out the utility washer room drain as we have had issues with that. Cleaning went OK with no additional issues. So Two cleanouts @ $99/pop + toiled removal @ $25 for an overall of $223 for which I considered an excellent value relative to other quotes I have had in the past......and with other companies for this same job. Bottom line: I'm a happy camper and will easily utilize this service again and recommend them to anyone. Everyone was professionally polite from the lady who answer the initial call, to the 1st person who came out and obviously Rob and his son. Additionally Rob could have just offered the roof vent cleanout for a higher rate. I am happy that he was professional enough to offer several options.

Very good service provided by Michael Kluba, who used a shop-vac to take up the standing water. Highly recommended, punctual, polite & clean -- paid extra attention to cleaning up after he had to bring in a larger machine to snake out the drain to 100 feet.

It was fine. They came out when they said they would and did the job.

THe problem was at my son's house. Called 99 router which was able to respond fairly quickly. Initial tech after arriving stated that with no easy access outlet that another tech who specializes in this kind of work was needed but wouldn't be able to come till evening. Ross arrived after 6pm and worked several hours to clear the drains. He was very professional and completed the task explaining everything after all was finished. My son doesn't usually compliment a service but he was quite impressed with Ross and how hard he worked to clean out drains. Definietly will use them again. Only marked a B for punctual because came later then promised for the second service call that same day. does

Nice young man, Michael, arrived slightly prior to time scheduled. Cleared blockage in timely fashion. Would certainly use again. Price as quoted. Left area clean where equipment was used.

Only negative was a computer equipment glitch. Saving the video inspection file to DVD was touch and go; again, think they're portable camera/computer/recorder was acting up. Telephone appointment process great, scheduler very knowledgeable. Technician for scope very knowledgeable, walked me out and sited hook-up point with city sewer, told me what he anticipated from the video as any future issues, home sale/inspection issues, etc. Team who came for the snaking/rootering were fast, efficient, neat. No mess.

it went very good they showed up when they said they would and their guy unstopped the drain and made sure it was unstopped . he was willing to wait until the washer filled up so we could test it.

I called on Saturday and they were able to send someone out the same day. The guy was easy-going, knowledgable, and quick! They came a bit later than originally told on the phone, but the did call to tell us they would be later.

Showed up on time, answered all my questions. Great deal!

We scheduled the appointment by phone to have them check the sewer lines for the possibility of a back-up. They were able to come to our home the same week. The gentleman who came by was prompt and very courteous, and as it turned out their was no problem after all (probably a result of seven people using the facilities) . The service person was also very helpful in providing me with some assistance with a toilet that wasn't flushing properly, at no additional charge. Overall, it was a good experience and I would use the again in the future.

At first I was a little concerned as they showed up in their private vehicles, not company trucks...seems they act as subcontractors to $99 Rooter. When they set up their routing machine they didn't put up any plastic sheeting to protect any spray from the fast turning machine which does tend to spray out when pulling the router back. That all being said, when they started the actual cleaning they did an good job and were knowledgeable and performed a quality job. We had cleaned the line before and knew that the root ball was out at the tie into the main so that took some of the surprises out. Once they took the router out two times we requested a video which was the best $99 you can spend as it shows if there are any breaks or pipe displacements which would be cause for a line repair. They were honest in their assessment of the condition of the line and didn't try to push for the $10,000 line replacement which happens way too much in this industry when its not needed. For $199 I have a clean line and a DVD of the condition, that is a great deal and I recommend this company for their knowledge and integrity.

The home buying process can be stressful enough. I used $99 Rooter, LLC twice during my home search this past Spring. The 1st one came back showing many issues. This $99 inspection of the sewer line literally saved me years of cost and headache. I decided to not move forward on purchasing the home with the old clay sewer line, which is common in older Denver neighborhoods. It just had too many issues and the Seller downplayed the issue up front and made light of them once I showed him the video and inspection report. I knew better. The inspection was worth every dime. I would never buy a home with out using $99 Rooter to make sure I'm protecting my investment. They were fast, courteous, up front, and pleasant to work with not to mention always on time. I finally found a home and the 2nd inspection went with out a hitch. Just some minor issues that I now know about thanks to $99 Router, LLC I was able to move forward with a purchase and I'm very happy about it.

Did a great job diagnosing the problem. However the company referred to replace the sewer pipe overcharged us.

I purchased a coupon for this service on Angie's List. Scheduling was quick and easy. The tech came out and appeared to do a good job with scoping the sewer line and marking the yard with the location and depth of the line. I later had multiple sewage and plumbing companies come out to provide bids on replacing the sewer line. It was during this process that I learned that $99 Rooter was inaccurate with their readings by two feet. Ugh.

Called in a panic - my toilet and tub were backing up and I was at a total loss as to what to do. Plunging just made it worse. I called and in around 2 hours, Richardo was at my door. I don't understand plumbing, but Ricardo was able to explain what he needed to do, WHY he needed to do it and how much it would cost IF he had to do it. He checked out some things first, and then told my why he had to remove the toilet and snake from there (the house is 65 years old). He also mentioned he would be careful because of the age of the pipes. He was young, but knew what he was doing and knew how to reassure me. He went out 110 feet and the cost was only $25 more dollars. I will definitely use them again if'/when I need rooter service. Have already recommended them to other people.

I wasn't happy with them. The main line was fine. They charged me $99 extra to fix my slow running toilet. I figured out that they just turned up the water pressure. Then the guy just kept begging me for a tip. I finally gave him $10. If he is a professional plumber then he doesn't need a tip. I will never call him again. I called the owner and complained. I never heard back from them again. They were very irresponsible. The quality of the work was good.

It was a very good service and they were more than prompt. They ended up subcontracting because they were booked up. The subcontractor was actually in my neighborhood and was at my home 40 minutes after the initial phone call. He was nice and a good tech.

They did excatly what they were supposed to do, they were very pleasant, they cleaned everything up before they left, and were very informative.

He hires subcontractors to do the work, does not do the work himself. We had someone different every time. They had to come back a few times to fix the work.

We've always used $99 Rooter for our main drain clearing. Since we live in an older house with mature trees it means we have them out every year and a half or so. Every time I've had a flood they've been responsive and able to send someone out the same day. Although they use subcontractors the work has always been done well. I am a little "skittish" about the guys who come out because they can be a little less than professional with their conversation though. This time we had Willey come out, he did a great job clearing the drain but as I said, conversation was a little less than professional. I had also asked to have my secondary, laundry drain checked out since we've been having problems with it flooding when doing laundry. I gave him the ok to cut holes in the dry wall to check out the pipes and we did a test to see what was going on. He explained what he thought was the problem and told me how we could try to clear it ourselves. While the information was very helpful, I was surprised that he didn't offer to clear it. After all, it would've been more money for the company and probably for him. We did try to clear the clog but after we were unable to do it we decided to call another company - purely for the professionalism. We got great, professional service from "Company B" but the cost was OUTRAGEOUS. Lesson learned, we'll use $99 Rooter from now on.

I hired another company, Rooter town, who also advertised the same rate to come the night before. They ended up being a bait and switch, charging me $275 to do the work I was quoted $95 over the phone. And, the work wasn't finished. They wanted to charge me $475 to snake the line with the camera. Also, he counted off 100 feet, and said he would need another truck, at extra expense, to get to my septic. $99 Rooter LLC included the camera in the $149, and snaked up to the septic tank, which ended up being only 85 feet. So much for the other guy saying, and then wanting to charge, for an extra truck. Also, he took my toilet off, and didn't replace it. Jesse, the tech from $99 Rooter LLC, REPLACED THE TOILET AT NO CHARGE EVEN THOUGH A COMPETITOR HAD LEFT IT UNDONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What amazing customer service. Go with these guys....stay away from their supposed competitors, Rootertown.....nothing but bait and switch!!
