The repair could not have been better. Victor was professional, efficient, neat, and explained what he was doing. He arrived less than an hour after I requested service. I received a call to inform me that he would arrive in 15 minutes.

He came early and was done in about 20 minutes and it only cost $99. He was courteous, friendly and professional.

It went great, start to finish. I simply could not be more pleased. I called morning of service when I found a horrible smelly mess in my (thankfully unfinished) basement. I spoke with Katherine who set me up with two back-to-back appointments that afternoon. The Drain Guy was 45 minutes late, understandable due to being stuck in traffic. He did call when on the way and apologized when he got there. He was professional, courteous, tolerant of our extremely loud dogs, and went right to work. Then the Scope Guy showed up and was equally professional and courteous, amused at the dogs, and went right to work. Both men explained what they were doing and involved my husband and myself in the procedures, and neither talked-down to me. That is very important. They showed us the 'drain endoscopy' (my term), gave us tips on how to keep it more clear, and were finished and out the door in one hour. Both of them. As I stated, I could not have been more pleased. If you have any drain issues, call these people! A+ in everything but punctuality and that was not their fault.

I called the eve before and actually got a real person to talk to. She scheduled an appointment for the following day. At that time, I just knew that plumbing was not draining well. The next AM (day of appointment), we realized that we had a real mess on our hands as the sewer line had backed up flooding one of the storage rooms in the basement of my 1906 home. The appointment was for ! PM which gave us enough time to move everything out of the room and shop vac and mop up the water and the smelly disgusting fluid and solid waste. Ben arrived and reassured me that he was used to working on old homes. He spent approx. 1/1/2 hrs clearing the line and made sure that all drains were now functioning well. While there, at my request, he also helped me clear a slow draining bathroom sink and got a garbage disposal running again. These 2 jobs were in my small bsmt apt, and those problems were unrelated to the sewer line blockage. However, but he took care of them for no additional charge. I did give him a well deserved $20 tip.I anticipated that the job would be considerably more expensive. I am super pleased and would use this company again without hesitation. I also liked that there is a 30 d warranty for the job.

Went well, $99 Rooter fixed the problem in approximately 45 minutes and provided a 30 day guarantee of their work. I will use them again if I need this kind of service in the future.

Service was great! We had an appointment set for 11:00 to 12:00 and the tech arrived at 10:30. Took about 1 hour to complete the service of cleaning the basement drain and the main line to the sewer. The tech was very proffessional in doing his work. If I asked a question of what he was doing he was very courtious and informative in his answers. . I would definetly recomend $99 Rooter to anyone.

Their dispatcher was very helpful and gave me several appointment times to choose from, all within just a few hours of my call. Dispatch called back later to tell me they had someone available a little sooner, gave me his name (Elric), and told me he would call ahead before arriving, which he did. Elric arrived on time and gave me an estimate of $99 to run the washing machine line plus a short connection from the kitchen sink line. I asked what the charge would be to run the remaining line out to the main (accessed from a floor drain) and he quoted an additional $69. This man worked tirelessly on these line for over four hours and even brought in his large, main line machine, but we still had blockage. Elric came to the conclusion that the blockage was not solid, but gelatinous, and needed pressurized water to flush out the sludge. As a last resort, he closed up the cleanouts and we pumped a load of hot water out of our washing machine. That finally cleared the line and our drains are working better than they have in a long time. I can't say enough about Elric's professionalism. Anyone else would have given up after the first few attempts or tacked on additional charges. I will not hesitate to recommend $99 Rooter to anyone needing drain cleaning services.

Provided a same day appointment, got here on time (actually early), did a great job and were affordable. What else can you ask for?

I called around 8 in the morning because the water started overflowing into my toilet, sink and bathtub when somebody using it. This company told me that they can send somebody between 9 -10 am. Ben came around 10 and got to work directly. He managed to fish out a bunch of toilet paper that clogged the pipe and explained everything to us on how to avoid such problem in the future. He made sure that he ran the drain snake several times into the pipe and he stayed long enough to run a thorough test to make sure that everything is clear. He is very professional and I'm very happy with his work. I'll hire this company again if another problem occurs with my pipe (which hopefully will never happen again :-) )

$99 Rooter was able to schedule a technician for the same day that I called which was much appreciated. Technician arrived when scheduled and was very professional and courteous and completed the job with no problems. Overall an excellent experience.

My experience with $99 Rooter went great. They asked over the phone if they had to access a crawl space, which they said was an extra $25. I had no problem with that because I hate going down there myself! When he arrived, I quickly showed him what I had explained on the phone and he knew exactly what to do. I showed him the crawl space and he wheeled in his machine and went straight to work. It was snowy and muddy outside, so he took his shoes off as we went through the house and made sure that everything flushed and drained well when he was done - which it did! I was honestly expecting it to cost more but sure enough, $99 + the additional $25 and the bill came to an even $124. No hidden costs, he was at my house about half hour after I called, and it took less than an hour for everything to be fixed. I couldn't have been happier! I will use them in the future and recommend them to everyone.

I called $99 Rooter after an American Home Shield contracted plumber came out and failed to dislodge the clog. The AHS plumber stated a jetter would be required to remove the clog. $99 Rooter scheduled me promptly, was very professional (both the tech that came out and the dispatcher), courtesy called to verify everything was going as scheduled, and were able to unclog the pipe quickly without the use of the jetter the previous plumber believed was required. I couldn't have asked for better service. The price was comparable to the contract call fees required by my home buyers insurance and the service was a thousand times better. Next time I'll skip using my home buyers protection and go straight to $99 Rooter.

Worker was professional,prompt, and competent. He provided main line cleaning and needed to access through crawlspace. No whining about having to crawl under home, he just did it! Refreshing He did not try to upsell me on anything. He did a very good job!He was on premises for almost 2 hours.

Same day service, showed up early, clean, nice, dog did not bark that is always a good sign, gaurenteed work for 30 days.

I called $99 Rooter based on the exceptional ratings on Angie's List. I contacted the company at around 9:00 and they had Fred the service representative at my home by 10:30. We discussed what plumbing problems were happening and Fred quickly diagnosed the situation. He explained what needed to be done and gave me a price quote (well within the range I anticipated). Fred completed the necessary work, ensured the lines were draining properly, cleaned up and departed by 11:40. Moreover, Fred was friendly, professional and provided me with a number of basic plumbing maintenance tips. $99 Rooter did a great job! I am happy to refer and recommend them for plumbing services.

Nothing like having drain back-ups over the holidays and in the midst of foul weather...So pleased to find these guys open on a Sunday! The guy who answered our call was great, very pleasant and even though they were running a short staff due to the holiday week they were able to accommodate us with an early appointment the following day sending in Norm - the nicest guy who worked really hard and had us sorted out in a couple hours. Load-in, load-out and little bit of clean up. He was prepared to bring in the bigger gear to deal with blockage but due to his efforts found he didn't need to. So relieved - as we were fearing the worst. And yes, it was just $99. Thank you!

This is the second time I've used this company. I accidently called the wrong company at first (hey - when there's black muck swimming in your tub and the toilet is gurgling, you get flustered, you get panicked) and when the tech arrived, he wanted to do some unspeakably stupid things to my house - and the charge would have been MORE than double of $99 Rooter. I couldn't get him out of my home fast enough. Then I called the right company and got Candy. YEAH! So, if you want a company you can trust, who's honest about the additional costs (minimal) and whose technicians know what they're doing, call $99 Rooter. Once I found them, I totally relaxed about what can be a most stressful situation. Candy sent my original tech, and he knew the house and me. I literally sat back and read a book while he did his thing. It was painless. And very reasonably priced.

This business should be called "$139 Dollar Rooter". As I chose these guys because of their good ratings and they would cost only $99. After all, "$99" is their company name. Simple, right? Wrong! I got charged $139 as they tacked on a $40 "trip fee". They have separate North, South, East and West phone numbers. I thought that this meant that their offices are located strategically in the Denver area to handle minimize the trip charges. Nope. They have just one office... Ya know the extra $40 isn't the end of the world, but it doesn't feel like it's totally on the up-&-up. I got a call from them around 8AM that they would be here at 9AM. Great, that gave us time to finish breakfast and get dressed. Instead, I get their knock on the door at 8:15. The tech had no idea about a 9AM arrival time. Again, not major, but wife sure had to scramble because of this curve ball. As far as the drain cleaning itself, they did a good job.

Very efficient. Came in , out without a mess and friendly. Even gave a terrific recommendation regarding a water alarm by the water drain downstairs where the backup usually starts

my rental unit had a clogged kitchen drain that clogged past the wall so we couldn't unclog by taking it apart or using Drano. My plumber recommended this company to get into the wall portion of the pipe. They were out within an hour of me calling them. The guy who came out was clean, friendly, professional and got the clog out. Would use them again.

After that big clog was cleared Dave went all the way out to the main sewer in the street. It ended up being about 125 feet from the house to the street and so they had to use a 25 foot extension for an addition $25, money I was glad to pay. Both Dave and Ken were friendly and worked very efficiently. I will definitely use them again. In fact I asked Ken to put me on a regular schedule to clean the line every 6 or 7 months. Ours is an older house and the clay sewer line was probably installed in the 1950s. We have a lot of trees and their roots are always looking for sources of water. I'm going to start going with an ounce of prevention instead of a pound of cure. I highly recommend $99Rooter !!

I realized that I never updated my review from 2008. I no longer use this company because they were sloppy. The last time I used them, in 2013, their plumber didn't put down a drop cloth (this had happened before, as well), and got stains on my carpet in the laundry room in several places. They claimed to have cleaned up the spots, and sent out a cleaner to do it, but the spots were still there, and they acted as though I was being picky (the spots were clearly visible, I'd even taken pictures). I ended up remodeling the room and now have tile down. But, they apparently weren't very careful with the screw cap on the line, either, as it was stripped and they didn't tell me. The new plumber showed it to me.I will say that they were helpful the first time they came out, and created the sewer line clean-out for me, for which I am grateful. But, the relationship went downhill after that, to the point that we could no longer work together after they ruined my carpet. If you use them, because I know there are good reviews on here, too, make sure they put down a drop cloth and keep the splatter on it.

The service turned out fine. They were in my house within a week of me purchasing the big deal. They were courteous, professional, on time, and I'd hire them again.

Service was prompt, within 90 minutes of my call. Operator was professional. There were no identifying signs on his truck, so I believe he was probably a subcontracted plumber. This guy was A+. I live in an older house with no main line cleanout in the basement, and a difficult-to-access cleanout in the crawlspace, so he had to access the line from a 2nd-floor toilet. I removed the toilet before he arrived to avoid the extra ($25) charge. He spent more than an hour of hard work to get the tool through umpteen pipe turns before getting to the root clog in the front yard. He gave useful advice. He showed me the root n tampon ball that came out with the tool (thereand acirc;??s an obvious lesson here). He limited the mess he made while he was working and cleaned up after the job was done. The drain was flowing at 10 gpm when he left. I was very pleased with the quality of the work. Although the company does have additional charges for things like removing a toilet, or spending more than an hour on a cleaning, or going more than 100 feet to get to the street, I thought the charges were reasonable. And they were significantly less than the competition. My final cost was $99. Although he probably could have justified charging me extra on the basis of distance or time, he didnand acirc;??t.
