Description of Work: Great service, great value. Several homes in our neighborhood have recently experienced pipe issues between the house and the street sewer lines. We decided to have our lines scoped to check if there was anything to worry about. They scheduled us for the next day, showed up on time, explained what they saw on a laptop with the scope in place, and gave it all to us to keep on a dvd. Will definitely use them again!

I think it was hair from before I owned the house, because I haven't used the bathroom since I have moved in, almost 26 years ago. They didn't put anything down when they were working. I wish that they did though because when they were cleaning up, they left a stain on the carpet.
Description of Work: I had a drain clog in my downstairs bathroom. They had turned on the sink and water would come out in the shower. They had to go through the drain that connected the shower and the sink about half way.

+ -1 moreI have been having problems with my sewer line and had had the exact same work performed by a different company (Plumb line) two weeks before. When Plumb line had done it, they charged me $509 (and that was after a $47 discount for being a member of their service club). So to get this done for just $124 was great. I called them at 10:30 on Friday and they were here by noon. One problem: the $99 charge includes cabling the line up to 100'. That didn't solve our problem. We asked them to try snaking the toilet. They decided to cable another 25' of sewer line instead, which still didn't solve the problem and added $25. Turns out snaking the toilet was the solution. Side note: While they were here, they offered to put a camera down my sewer line and give me a DVD of it for $99. I've had several other plumbers quote me $300 for this service, without a DVD. I would highly recommend having this done when you're getting a home inspection done on a property that you plan to purchase.
Description of Work: They cabled 125' of our main sewer line and also cabled a clean out behind one of our toilets.

+ -1 moreThis is a great company to use. They really do only charge $99.00 no matter how bad the clog is and I couldn't believe the modern equipment they used to find the problem. I will always consider using them for my plumbing needs and would recommend them highly.
Description of Work: This contractor came out to the house and used a digital camera to find a bad clog we had in our main drain. He found it and unclogged the drain with a snake, taking an hour or so to complete the job.

There is no service charge. They charged an extra $25 for having to pull the toilet off. They were just absolutely fabulous.
