$99 Rooter LLC

We had a clogged toilet that a plunger wouldn't fix, and we needed service ASAP. They had someone in the area, and Steve was here within an hour. He completed the service quickly and professionally. I would definitely call them again.

We called at 8:30 and the plumber was here within 2 hours. He thoroughly assessed the best route to begin, decided on a plan of action and went to work. He brought his equipment in through the basement walkout door onto a tile floor and cleared the line. With our permission he checked all the way to the street to make sure there was no further problem with tree roots. The job was finished in under 2 hours from start to finish. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely hire this service again if needed.

These guys are great. I have used them twice; once for sewer scope when we had the home inspected and again to clean to main line to the street. These guys arrive on time and are extremely professional.

Overall, the experience was ok. The service itself was good and the guy that ended up doing it was pretty professional and friendly. However, we wasted quite a bit of time waiting for someone to show up for our first and second scheduled appointments, unfortunately. I called them about a 30 minutes after the end of our first appt. window and got the owner on the line, presumably b/c it was after hours and calls are routed. He didn't know where our guy was exactly, but must have gotten hung up on a prior appt., which is understandable in their line of work. I waited a little longer and an hour later, 90 minutes after the end of our appt window, I called again. I still hadn't heard from or seen anyone and it was getting late so I told him we'd need to reschedule, which we did, for the following evening. That hour-long window came and went and I called again. This time, they didn't get my new appt time in the schedule, so the woman I spoke to didn't know I had one that night. She called around to arrange someone to come as soon as possible, which turned out to be about an hour later (an our after the end of our appt window). That made several hours on two separate nights that I needed to be home for the appt, rather than taking care of other things, for work that took less than one hour. The time it cost me is worth more than the cost of the work and far more than any savings they might offer over a competitor, so I might research other options.

Good, prompt service. Tech provided quick work and provided me with solid documentation of work performed in order for us to have this on record to show potential buys of home that the sewer line was clean and, from his estimation, in good working condition base solely on the cleaning. Hard to beat their price.

I called the company to get my kitchen drain and pipes cleaned out because of backup. They were able to book me to have someone come out this afternoon. About an hour ahead of time, they called and asked if they could come early. Daniel showed up early, and was very nice and professional. He quickly got the job done, and the sink sounds so much better. I will use this company again because of how great he was. Thanks!

I was very happy with their service. A different technician performed each service. Both were very professional and had extensive knowledge. I appreciate that they fit me into their schedule at the last minute.

Our main sewer line gets clogged up with tree roots and needs to be professionally cleared out about once a year. I noticed our drains starting to back up again this morning, but instead of calling our normal guy who charges us $170 I decided to look on Angie's List and discovered $99 Rooter. I liked the idea of saving $50+ so I gave them a call, and they sent someone out within an hour. They got the job done promptly for the quoted price ($99 + $25 for having to remove a toilet) and the drain is now clear. I was pleased with my savings, but then I went to inspect the bathroom. What a mess! My towels were black, and there was sewage splattered all over the wall, my vanity, and the floor. The carpet going up the stairs from the basement was also stained on each step with questionable gunk. Now I need to have the carpet cleaned and spent half an hour cleaning sewage in my bathroom. I wish I had just gone with my regular guy and spent $50 more!

Water was coming out from what appeared to be the furnace and flooding onto the carpet. We thought it was unusual but called a heating and plumbing company. The gentleman who came out informed me it had nothing to do with the furnace but instead was our drain. It appeared to be food coming out from the drain and no indication of a sewer backup. I had to pay a 45 dollar transportation fee which sucked but was understandable. However I purchased the $89 deal, called $99 Rooter and they were out the next day. They did a great job and I was given good advice to help prevent this from occurring in the far future.

So the guest room toilet would not stop running and apparently it was more than just the flapper thing. So I went to the store and bought a complete replacement kit, they said it was easy to install. How hard could that be? After working on it for about 2 hours I closed the door and decided to call for help, $99 Rooter came to the rescue later that day and even gave me a C+ for the work that I had done. I would not hesitate to recommend $99 Rooter for any job.

Went well. Plumbers were a bit late (30 minutes), but not an issue for me as I was working at home. Took a little less than 1 hour, remove root buildup from main line. Fair price, good service, no problems since.

Well. Our sewage drain backed up one evening. The following day, we called 99 Rooter at 8 AM and scheduled an appointment for the camera inspection at 11 AM. We're new homeowners so it was important for us to see what condition the system was in (so the inspection was worth the 99 dollars we spent). Once we saw how clogged the system was we scheduled the cleaning for 2 PM that day ($99). Within an hour everything was back to normal and running smoothly. The four workers we had contact with (2 receptionists/schedulers, the camera guy, and the cleaning guy) were very polite and professional. I would use this company again and would recommend them if you need the above services rendered.

Service is fast and price is very fair. They came out on a Sunday without extra charge. The job was done satisfactorily.

Called to schedule a scope we needed to complete a home ispection for a house we wanted to buy. Very nice customer service employee scheduled us within 2 days. Easy process, he did the scope fairly quickly and then explained the video he took of the sewer. Simple and easy!

$99 Rooter came out exactly when they said they would, fixed the problem well, and charges exactly what they said they would.

I had a tiolet that flushed but not well. You could definitely tell something was blocking the water flow. Chris showed up, took a look at the tiolet and then in detail described to me what services he would perform. He then informed me if these actions did NOT work, what his next steps would be and also provided me the cost of the additional services. Very much appreciated that! After only three minutes, seriously only three minutes,Chris pulled the obstruction out and showed it to me and viola, tiolet was fixed. He also told me that I should change the flapper as his opinion it closed to soon. Told me the brand and color of which one I could buy at Home Depot. Flapper was only $4.00 (Hallelujah). In addition to that he told me what kind of tiolet cleaners NOT to use because of sediment buildup and possible issues from certain types of drop in tiolet cleaners. I can't say enough about how professional and courteous Chris was. Will recommend $99Rooter to my friends in need and will use them again for any future plumbing needs.
