Description of Work: You get what you pay for. I have lived in my house for 14 years and I know he didn't spend much time snaking the main line; less than 15 min. He was wanting to show other products, as well. Anyway, I would ask the last time the blades were sharpened. I ended up calling in fo another snake a month later. ......You get what you pay for.

Description of Work: Excellent service. Fred arrived when scheduled, very nice and professional, went right to work and cleared the main line.Would definitely call again.

Description of Work: I had a clogged floor drain in my restaurant. I purchased the offer but upon contacting the provider they could not schedule a technician to come to our aid quickly enough for our needs. We found another provider.

Description of Work: The provider was wonderful. They contacted me repeatedly about this and even followed up to check that someone else had dealt with the problem for us. They offered to come down to me, even though they don't usually service my area. What I'm not happy with is Angie's list. I contacted Angies list within an hour of purchasing this deal in order to cancel it. I was informed that they would like to help me find someone local to honor it. That was over a week ago. I have contacted Angie's list twice since then and have now given up. I will not be renewing my Angie's list membership when it expires in June. I am very disapointed with this organisation and it's lack of profesionalism.

Description of Work: The plumber came when they said he would. He quickly figured out the problem and cleaned the drain from the washer to the main line of the house. He stayed to make sure the pipe was running unimpeded. He cleaned up and left. I prepaid the $89 offer with Angie's, and that was the total charge. I will definitely call this company the next time I need work done on the plumbing.

Description of Work: That was the most pleasant service call we've had in years!! I noticed a water mark around my basement drain which was a sure sign that it was time to have the sewer line cleaned. In the past we have used a well-known company in Denver, whose price went up every time we used them. They used monster sized machines that had chipped our threshold and our porcelain floor in the kitchen and left disgusting tire marks down the carpeted steps. I knew we had to find another service. I looked online and found $99 Rooter. Their reviews were great so we decided to give them a chance. I called and made the appointment for 5:30 the next day. Kyle was their serviceman and we couldn't have been more pleased with him. He was punctual, explained the process and the lightweight, new model machine they use. He assured us that there wouldn't be any mess left behind, no chipped tiles or tire marks going downstairs. He did his job, was VERY personable and we assured him that we would not hesitate to call them in a year for another cleaning. Compared to the $170 we had been charged in the past this was a real bargain and a pleasant experience. DON'T HESITATE TO USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Description of Work: Talked to Joe on the phone after being ripped off by the $79 rooter guy on Craigs list (BEWARE!!!) who said I had to dig ($1200). Joe took pity on me after hearing my story, and waived the Boulder trip charge. The technician was prompt, and with the latest equipment cleaned out my pipes in about twenty minutes. Saved me a bundle! Thanks, Joe

Description of Work: Although the company is called $99 be aware that if you live outside of Denver there is an additional charge of $50 for travel/gas. I chose this company after reading reviews. The review I should have paid attention to was the one that said "it depends which technician they send out." The person who does the scheduling could not answer my questions about my new septic system, nor could the technician that she sent out. He performed the service of rooting out my septic line, but could not answer my questions of care and maintainance for my new system. He did suggest that I call and schedule a another service through their company.
