+ 0 moreI called Sun Valley at 8:15 p.m. in the evening, Randy answered the phone, and arrived at our house within 30 minutes. He thought he may be able to fix the problem that night, but when he couldn't he sent a crew the next morning. They found the problem, but had to remove the sidewalk before they could get to it. It took them most of the day, but they finished it early the next morning which happened to be Saturday. They had to rent some equipment that ended up not be useful, but they did not charge us for it.
Description of Work: The electric cable that provides service from the main electrical service line to our house had been nicked and was corroded, thus providing no electric power to our house. Sun Valley found the nick in the line under our sidewalk. They had to remove the concrete sidewalk to get to the line for repairs. They spliced the line to restore service.
