The completed work was perfect. The words that I would use to describe Penni/Loose Change Constructors: dedicated, reliable, professional, perfection, and committed to excellence. Penni and her team stayed late to complete the work. I will call on this company if I ever need work done in my house, and if it is something they handle, this will be the company I will use. The cost of service included both the emergency service and the repair which I feel is reasonable.

Penni/team showed outstanding and dedicated customer service. The roof took a while to repair because of the precision that was executed to guarantee that all possible entries were sealed. The roof is not an easy roof to fix. It is a tile roof, and had many challenges because of the construction. Penni and her team met them all. In fact, so many of my neighbors were impressed, that they had their roofs corrected pro-actively. And recently, the service they provided to get rid of the soaked padding under my carpet and some damage deserves an A++. It was not an easy task. So many of the carpet companies had a waiting list - and Penni and Nick were here to help. Because of their dedication, I can rest easy that mold will not grow. Thank you Penni/Nick. I highly recommend this company.

This company coordinated and completed to the City of Lakewood's inspection and State Farm's requirements (within estimate) all of the above work. Penni Nichol, the company project manager, was easy to work with and she personally oversaw the work from beginning to end. I'm impressed with her professionalism and work ethic. Not only would I use her again, but I would not hesitate to recommend her for other construction jobs .. including roof replacement. Penni coordinated with me, a female owner, as well as with my female tenant and she worked within budget.
