I am actually working with ADT Corporation and I will let them know how frustrated we are with their lock of communication. Basically, they wanted to get a sale and there was no competence. They just try to install it and even though it should be to a certain level, they kept saying that they don?t know how to do that. My wife and I got excuses from them. So I am working with ADT Corporation to solve this idea of franchise and they are trying to work it out and they are giving us a few months of free service but we want to cancel it. It is just so disappointing because we are supposed to have this peace of mind with the home security but it does not work properly. It doesn?t go off in a way that is supposed to which is really frustrating. I called and texted and I got nothing back. It?s odd because my wife received a call from the owner?s wife even though all the information, my email and phone number, is for me. My wife is so upset and she does not want to deal with any calls from them. So the one return call is just somebody who did not want a call from them. I texted and I am trying to be very accommodating and reasonable and ADT seems like they are too but we are just disappointed. Initially, in the first few months everything was great. But as time went on, things did not work and I kept calling. I am giving them another month to reply and respond then I will engage with them. They were horrible and I want people to know that they should not deal with them.
