The actual repairs went well, however.... I love you guys, but I'm sad to write that we cannot, in good conscience, use you or your services again. Maybe it's not such a big deal in Elizabeth, or they don't have viruses out there(?), but there's a viral pandemic going on. When you/your contractors came to my house today, on a Saturday, to fix a broken spring, I was so glad you could make it! However, seeing my husband, who WAS masked, in the garage with two unmasked workers, in a very small, non-ventilated area, sickened and saddened me. Please be aware, customers, who CAN get sick with COVID-19, are your livelihood. By not wearing, nor even pretending to care about wearing, a mask, you show what how little you regard your customer base. And I'm sad for you because of that. Please, PLEASE, consider implementing a business-wide mask and hygiene policy, not only to protect your customers, but also yourself and your contractors. PEACE. P.S. Yes, after you/your contractors left, I did call you and ask about your covid /mask policy. Your response, at first, was to ask, "Masks for what?", then, "I have no policy, as I have no employees, they are contractors and can do what they want." So I asked you again, "Are you saying you do nothing to protect yourself or customers? You don't have an official policy, or it doesn't matter to you?" You answered back," No, not really".

Great. Staff was friendly and professional. Got an appointment the next day for a tech to come out for estimate. Door and opener were selected and ordered. There was some confusion with install date but they were quick to make it right with a discount. We are very pleased with our new door and garage opener.

I called on Monday to make an appointment for Tuesday. They answered the phone quickly and professionally and gave me several times to choose from. Mike arrived early on Tuesday, but called first to make sure I was here and that it was okay. He was friendly and professional and completed the job in about 30 minutes. I was quoted $180 for the service over the phone, and the total repair cost ended up being $157. All around, a great experience.

I recall the price being right on par with some of the other quotes that we got. They were easy to schedule with no issue on the timing. The guys showed up and knocked it up pretty quickly so I appreciate that part. There was a situation where because our ceiling is so high that the cord that he had didn't reach the outlet so I did have to run out while he was working on it to the closest store to get a 2-foot extension cord. I can't be too critical about it, but I did have one other guy that I called and asked me about the height and was concerned about that. It probably would have been helpful if somebody had double checked that so it would have saved me the trip while cutting on a great amount of time. To be fair, I think the guy also expected that he would have something in his truck and he didn't have one that day so there was a good chance that he didn't ask because he would have just grabbed one from his truck, in which case I wouldn't have gone out to buy one which would have been awesome. It was not a big deal, but it's just something that if anybody needs to know, it's something to think about before you have somebody out to your house.

Recommend highly! Our 20 year old garage door opener stopped working at our house in Parker. The technician responded quickly by phone and came to the house the next day when it was convenient for me. He called an hour before the appointment and arrived on time. The repair was completed quickly (about 15-20 minutes). He was very professional. His repair included replacement of a broken cable and an old rust roller. The door opener works fine and is even much quieter now. We used other companies before and Elizabeth Garage Door Co is the first one to repair it correctly and keep it working. Quick, efficient and affordable and highly recommend!

When one of the springs on my garage door broke, Elizabeth Garage Doors fit me into their schedule at the earliest possible time. The technician came at the appointed time, replaced the springs, serviced the door and ensured that everything was working as it should.

I did compare prices with other companies, they were all fairly close. I went with Elizabeth because they were the closest distance and they could install it within days of the order, the other company would have been 2 weeks out. I am satisfied with that decision. I got an excellent door installed well, no problems. It's a beautiful door and operates quietly.

Replaced bottom metal piece with new and provided extra wide rubber weather stripping. Replaced side and top with new strips and attached them in a better place to provide a tighter seal. Good cell phone contact with arrival time updates. Prompt in all calls. Friendly, all that good customer service stuff! Gave free estimate on work and returned the following day to do the work. I gave a B on Professionalism just for 2 small items - 1) I would suggest that final invoice be itemized into materials and labor, not just one number and 2) the new molding should be cleaned (had blackish smudge marks from installation) by the installer, not leave it to the home owner.This is not our first experience with garage door companies. We plan to always go back to Elizabeth Garage Doors from now on.

A single broken spring was found early on a Saturday morning. Searched Angie's list for recommended repairman. Selected Elizabeth Garage Doors Inc due both the positive recommendation on Angie's List, and also because they were a local company. They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment on the same day (Saturday service). They arrived within the time frame quoted. They called just prior to their arrival to give me an "heads up" on their exact arrival time. The service technician completed the job in about 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable on how to replace the springs, and how to perform a high quality job. A 5 year guarantee was given on the life of the springs. I was highly satisfied with the cost of the job.

He was very nice. He came out earlier than his appointed time that I made and he did the work. He was very good. I liked him a lot. He did everything that he was suppose to. His price was pretty good too. His quality of work was good as the lock that he fixed hasn’t broken yet. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing, and was quick about it. I would use him in the future.

Called Elizabeth Garage Doors to fix a problem with the smaller door - the door would not open or close without holding the button. James said someone would be out in two hours. Less than an hour later, Geremy arrived, explained the problem - sensors were shorted out - and replaced the sensors and rewired. Great service! Will definitely use them again.

Over a period of about 15 yrs., Elizabeth Garage Door Company has repaired & serviced our old garage doors. They did so in a very timely fashion, i.e., when your garage door(s) break, you need them repaired ASAP!!!! So, when finances permitted, they were my choice for NEW STEEL, INSULATED DOORS. My 1st estimate was provided in April, 2007 but finances didn't permit me to get the new doors until this Sept. & THE COST WAS EXACTLY THE SAME! This is a family owned business & almost every workman who has come out to the house is a family member! Our new doors are fabulous! The man sent to install them had 25+ years experience & knew every trick in the book to get our doors to fit our 33 y.o. log home (some tweaking involved). Very good job & we haven't had to call for any service in the 2 mos. we've had the doors. Our garage is less cold & we haven't seem mice this year like we have in the garage in the past. (We sort of live in the country!) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELIZABETH GARAGE DOORS.
