He made sure every issue was taken care of before accepting final payment and has even helped us troubleshoot over the phone when we have had questions about something on our system. We started with a quote over the phone. We went through a few quotes before we finalized the equipment we wanted to use and what we purchased through Greg vs. on our own. He was timely, efficient and very professional. We are happy with his work and love the entertainment system we have in our new basement!

The AHS team was great. I called them based on the other reviews on Angie's List. They were spot on. Greg was great to work with. On the day that I called to set up a diagnostic service call to see what my issue was, I was totally pleased to find out he could come out the same day. AMAZING! He was on time and within 1 hour had the problem understood. He set up a time to come back (he needed to replace some of my equipment) and was on time, professional, and great to work with. He had the issue resolved within 2 hours and the cost was dead on to his estimate. I am completely satisfied with the service, price and outcome.

I called Greg to see if he could help us get our DVD player up and running. We have had issues with our HDMI cables that run through our walls and I couldn't figure the thing out. He was able to stop by that afternoon and immediately solved the problem. He was friendly and knew his stuff!!

I contacted acoustical home solutions via email through their website. I received a prompt reply and through email and telephone correspondence we determined the scope of the services and an estimated cost. The day of the installation, AHS showed up about 5 minutes early. They were very professional and offered good solutions to a couple of issues that popped up (what height should we install the TV? and the in-wall HDMI cable installed by a different contractor was too short). Also, one of the in-ceiling speakers was missing a cover, but AHS found a replacement cover and brought back to the house that same day. Lastly, AHS dropped the final labor price as they didn't spend the amount of time they had estimated. Very professional all the way around. Also, watched my first movie on the home theatre last night - I blown away by the sound and theatre experience!

Greg did a great job installing my home entertainment system. He arrived on time for an appointment to give me a bid, and again to do the work. He's a really nice guy and dealing with him was a delightful experience. He and his assistant installed an HTIB system I had purchased, set-up a flat-screen TV and hooked-up a Blu-Ray and Apple TV. Two weeks later everything is working well although I'm still trying to learn how to use all the remotes! I have only one (very minor) critique -- they had to move a few things to do the work and not everything was replaced, specifically some insulation in the basement. But overall Greg did a great job and I'd highly recommend him.

Greg was great! He worked with me to make the install exactly what I wanted and offered several good suggestions. His prices were very reasonable and the job ended up costing less than the estimate. I also really appreciated his flexible schedule and he was willing to work around my busy schedule.

Our new house was wired to the hilt and we hired AHS to figure out what was our was not working; to fix what we needed to have fixed; and to hook us up to the whole-house audio system. AHS proved to be extremely knowledgeable and competent and were able to handle everything that came up including some phone jack rewiring that was likely due to CenturyLink error. Overall price was competitive although a few quoted items had above average pricing, and the new speakers were below street pricing but due to AHS honoring a price quoted that should have been quoted higher.

Acoustical Home Solutions gave us great advice concerning the installation and really wanted for us to be pleased with the job they cleaned the area where there was debris. They explained the new functionality between my Sony TV, Sony Blu Ray Player, Pioneer Elete Receiver, and the Surround sound Speakers, and told us they were available for follow-up if we had any questions. This was a very positive experience and we would highly recommend Acoustical Home Solutions to anyone needing a flat screen TV installation.

I contacted Greg for an estimate and he scheduled in a visit with a day of me contacting him. I discussed several possible jobs with him relating to my security system and TV wall mounting, and ultimately had him do the TV wall mount for me (I went with a separate company for the security system issue after Greg said he did not work with that particular system type). Greg provided an estimate, arrived promptly, did the work professionally, cleaned up after well, and provided both a physical and electronic invoice. He accepted a credit card payment. I will use him again for the next TV I need wall mounted.

It was great! We went to check out home theater systems and ended up calling Greg from the store because we were uncertain that the system we selected would coordinate with our home's existing speakers, etc. Greg coordinated everything with the store, we took the components home that day, and Greg and his wife, Cici, came and installed it all the next week. We experienced a bit of a delay due to the holiday weekend. Everything was installed, the TV mounted, the speakers hooked up, and best of all, the spewing nest of cables is gone! I believe Greg and Cici ran into a difficult situation within our quirky walls, but they persevered and everything came our well. They went to great lengths to be sure that I understood how everything worked, and I have already received a followup to be sure we are content.

Overall the exeperience met our expectations and the final product is outstanding! We are extremely pleased by his team's professionalism as well the job he performed that gives our A/V setup a nice "clean" look. Further, with minor issues, Greg has been extremely responsive and made himself available as necessary to fix any problems in the future. For any future A/V needs, Greg and Acoustical Home Systems will be our first and only call.

Greg was professional and arrived on time. He communicated with me via e-mail ahead of his visit, to set the appointment and to make sure he brought the right wall mount. He was able to give an approximate estimate over e-mail, although we knew that it could change somewhat once he saw what he was working with. (It didn't.) The TVs look great, and Greg was done in a few hours. The wiring looks very professionally done, and it was nice to have it all done quickly, without my husband cursing for hours. Greg cleaned up after himself.

I have long heard about Angie's List. I was getting most of the interior of my house painted and the temporary (external wiring of my sterio speakers) would not sit well with the new painting. I went to Angies's list and searched on "speaker installation". Acoustical Home Solutions was the first on the list so I selected them. Greg came to my home for an estimate. He was very detailed on his analysis of the current wiring in my home and the capabilities of not only hiding my speaker wires but also centrally connecting my internet access through the available wiring. This also opened the door to installing a Blu Rae which would enable me to disable some costly cable functions. The day he actually did the work was very uninvasive. He was expedient and cleaned any area where there was debris. He thoroughly explained the new functionality between my TV, Bose and Blu Rae and made himself available for follow-up. Very Wonderful Experience. Honesty, Integrity, Knowledgeable are words I would use to describe this company.

The job was done in different steps because parts of the house were finished and parts were not. They were very dependable and they always cleaned up when they were finished. I thought the pricing was very fair; they were quite a bit less expensive than other companies I got quotes from. They asked me what my budget was and they worked with that. I was very pleased with the results and I don't have any complaints. In the end, there were some speakers that had a deal so I got them cheaper than what the company quoted me. They came at no cost and redid something that was my own fault. They are a very good company to work with.
