The communication has been great. I had a design already for what I wanted the bathroom to look like, and it has been great to watch my ideas become reality. The work is ahead of schedule at this point, and the craftsmanship of the work is strong. In a town where it is tough getting a call back from a construction company for a small house project, we are lucky to have M Annis.

Alex and his crew are top-notch. Alex regularly visited the site and stayed on top of his teams work, remained in phone and text contact at all times, and always had an extensive check list to ensure the job was done to his high standards- to a detail beyond even what we noticed as non-professionals but regulars on site. Alex started one of a few projects today. So far I am really happy! (and I am really picky). The quality of the work and customer service from the estimate and doing the work have been great. I hired Mike to repair many small projects in my restaurant. He was awesome with a great attitude. He painted a wall, installed grommets and hangers, fixed a bakery case, installed a disco ball on the ceiling, fixed my cabinets, hung signs, fixed the bathroom door, hung planters, fixed Metro shelving and put together, hung neon signs, and more. Mike is the man! I will continue to use him on all of my projects.
