Description of Work: Replaced a bad pressure relief valve on our hot water heater. We have used quick time plumbing twice now. We have a home warranty company, First American - that usually cannot provide a plumber for our service in a timely manner. In November we had a leak from our hot water tank and change in our water pressure upstairs. When Quick Time first came out to diagnose the problem, they were prompt, polite but could not find the actual problem with the heater. Instead they installed an inexpensive alarm in case it leaked again. When it leaked again, my warranty company could not find a plumber again in network - so I had permission to go out of network and Quick time responded immediately, dealt with our warranty, and fixed the faulty pressure valve during the same visit.

+ -1 moreI called them during business hours on two different days but no one answered. So I sent them an email to which they never responded. Apparently business is so good they don't need anymore!
Description of Work: I needed a sewer line repair performed.
