Archy's Lawn Care & Landscape

I tried to hire them for weekly lawn services and a few small landscaping jobs. They were timely for our first meet up and their prices seemed reasonable. They showed up as scheduled and completed one job (filling 4 garden boxes). However, they did not show up as scheduled to mow the lawn. When I texted to find out if they were coming, I was told that they got behind and would mow and weed the next day. Well, it snowed and then rained. I asked to be told when they were coming so that I can open the gate. They tried to come without letting me know. When they finally mowed they left grass on the fence, on the deck, on the patio and along the garden wall. They did not remove and/or spray weeds. I was disappointed in their work.

We are very satisfied with Archyâ s Lawn Care and Landscape. They were timely, professional and very communicative in scheduling. We are happy with their work and will definitely use them again for landscape projects.

I hired Edgar for lawn services at my Duplex as it now became a full rental property. After a quick response from Edgar, we discussed what I wanted completed (lawn mow, trim, blow off sidewalk). We agreed upon a price and scheduled for the following week. This was a relief as previous companies failed to reply and complete the service. Unfortunately, Edgar was a "no show" so I called to follow up. I also emailed without response. Giving a few days to complete and without a response, I'm writing this review.

Archy's provided a same day quote on mowing my yard which was promising. They provided a quote on Thursday and scheduled for Monday. Monday came and went and the lawn didn't get mowed. When I contacted the company they said they promised to come the following day but didn't show up a second time. After 2 no call/no shows, I moved on to find another contractor.

Edgar and his guys did a great job transforming my ugly old landscaping to something beautiful at a very good price. They removed all the weeds and installed sod and rock with edging. They were prompt-right on schedule-and finished the job in just 1 day. I would recommend them highly.

We asked for bids from four lawn contractors. Only Archy's showed up on time to give us our estimate, and their estimate included adding a small retaining well that none of our other professionals even suggested, but which would clearly give us a better result. That expertise matched with a reasonable cost sold us. They arrived on time and all of the work was done within a week of my original contact. Great guys!
