A real mom & pop business that strives to please its customers by completeing excellent work at a price that's fair and honest. Their quote easily beat the competition by so much I was skeptical at first. Randy even suggested major reductions in both parts and labor cost to which I quickly agreed. Job day he was right on time. He quickly completed the install of generator by-pass switch and it's wiring, tested it completely and cleaned the work area. Price was as estimated and included small extras at no charge. if you want a job done right at a fair price. Wait for R & T to make it happen. You'll be completely satisfied.

Reasonable estimate for project. Prompt or called to say was on way. Got job done quickly and cleanly. Only problem was miscommunication about light switch placement. Bottomline to consumrer - don't assume anything -tell the contractor exactly WHAT you want
