The sprinkler person did not respond to my request to fill a hole in my lawn after two requests I had to fill the hole and replace the sod. Alas!

I don't typically fill out reviews unless they were horrible or excellent. anything in between, I just don't bother. I'm happy to saY Hamilton tipped on the excellent side in all areas.

By far the best experience I have ever had with an irrigation repair company. A previous estimate from another highly-rated company seemed quite high so we called Hamilton for a second opinion. Not only was his original estimate half what the other company wanted for the same work, he spent over an hour trying diligently to locate the real source of the problem, saying that he thought something else was going on, and finally discovered that the system was fine and it was a simple 10-second fix that would cost us absolutely nothing. He could have kept quiet and done the major, unneeded repair anyway and we never would have known any better. He may have "cost himself $1000," as he joked, but he's gained a loyal lifelong customer. We'll never use anyone else again. Highly, highly recommended!!

My regular guy couldn't make it on short notice, so they were able to fill in. Maybe I need to revisit who my regular guy is.

David was great to work with. He was able to resolve our sprinkler issue, and suggested other fixes for the system. We will be working with him again in the near future.
