insulation, energy audit
+ 0 morePatrick showed up on time for both estimate and actual work day. He is polite and thoughtful. During adding insulation material, he put a paper yard sticks every 16 inches to show how deep the insulation is. At the end of the job, he stapled a note to show when the job was done, how much insulation was added and what the R-value is. He swept the window silt and floor before he left to remove the remnant of insulation material. He gave me a neatly high-lighted Xcel Energy rebate form and gave some instructions to fill it out. I did not compare prices with other contractors because I felt his earnest and professionalism. Besides, roughly $1 per sqft of ceiling space sounds reasonable enough.
