We hired Kevin for a huge, 1,500 square foot basement finish project. We we on a tight timeline and a budget and he worked with us to ensure he was done on time (early, in fact) and that we stayed within the described budget. He added custom shelves and built-ins. He was reliable, timely, great at communicating the progress and genuinely loves what he does. We could not be happier with how it turned out! I would highly recommend Kevin for any home project you have.

We are so happy with Anderson Home Services. The basement looks fantastic. Kevin was flexible and willing to entertain (and execute) our ideas that some contractors might have thought were too finicky. He is a smart guy and a creative problem solver - we played around with some different ways of getting a load-bearing post to end up inside a wall, while making the rooms the right sizes and accommodating duct work from the furnace. The way the original builders roughed in the plumbing and set up the furnace etc. presented some challenges! He paid attention to details that are important to us but might seem trivial to some people (e.g., the configuration of the doors so they don't bump each other). He also paid attention to stuff we never would have thought to ask about - it turned out one of the pipes that was part of the original rough-in had been broken at some point. Thank goodness he checked!! We have a weird set-up with our irrigation system and he made sure the valves were still accessible - it's even better than before actually. And we love the tray ceiling and the faux beams that he custom fabricated. The way he billed made sense too. He did a great job of triaging tasks so something was always getting done, even when we were waiting on materials to arrive. Everything was done on time. The bathroom in particular is beautiful.

We found Anderson Home Services on the internet, and we are thrilled that we did. Even as we changed our plans, Kevin kept things on time , within the budget, and up to code. He is friendly, patient, efficient, and skilled. My son loves the "Kid Cave" Kevin created for him. We will definitely have him back, when we are ready to complete the basement remodel.

Don't use for pole barn. Trim pieces backwards. I'm still putting in screws that missed wood. Building not square. Completely missing any hurricane straps on front, I had to install thoughts. Nice guy, poor job.

Great attention to detail, craftsmanship, and remarkable customer service. So happy with our new bathroom!
