 + -1 moreAvoid Rock Solid Surfacing at all costs. Their work is terrible and the owner has a temper which prevents communication and resolution. I'll save you the headache and the frustrations by suggesting you hire another firm. Check out their ratings on Yelp, 1 star reviews. Other customers agree that Rock Solid and owner Steve should be avoided.
Description of Work: Garage & mechanical room floor epoxy coating with cove base.

 + -1 moreWe'll first the company showed up one hour late, and then one worker went straight into my house and used the restroom without asking! They set up pretty quickly but did not have a duct collector running and I got concrete dust inside my house what a nightmare to clean up. From there everything went well until the clean up started. At that point or sometime after one of the workers tracks the coating into my house where I now have foot print by the garage door. Overall the work was good but I found areas missing where there should be flake, not out where everyone can see but still shabby for the price I was asked to pay!
Description of Work: Resurface of concrete with the removal of some existing coating. Apply a flake with their coating in what they called a seamless floor.

Description of Work: Steve showed up to look at the project and provide a price for stripping our floors and applying an epoxy or poly urethane sealer. I own a large boarding kennel with concrete floors and they need to be sealed again. Steve was very slick, said he could do the job and gave me several ideas on what he could do for me. I gave him a copy of my building floorplan for measurements. After waiting a month and not getting any estimate or phone calls I called Steve. He said he was planning to come over and try a sealer in a small area. He never came to try a sealer. He never called back. I have called him three times to get him to mail my floor plans back and he claimed that they were sent by FedEx. I have not received any floor plans by FedEx or regular mail. This guy acts professional but will not deliver! Poor customer service skills to say the least.
