Beware ! This company will fraudulently try to claim payment for services never provided or not completed. Their technician promised to come out for days, and when they showed up, claimed they couldn’t do the work, left abruptly and billed me anyways. When I refused to pay for the sham, they sent out for debt collection. Highly unethical, unprofessional and incapable. STAY AWAY.

Service was terrible, He took of the inducer motor and cover to the heat exchanger. When he put it back together he didnt use gasket material causing an air gap. the furnace wouldnt run until i went and bought gasket material and fixed it myself. Recently I called asking for a bid to replace the furnace with a new one. He seemed anoyed about the whole situation and said he would call me back the next day. He never called. I called Skyline Mechanical and got great service. two hours later I got a visit to assess the job. another hour after that I got a bid and couldnt be happier.

The new boiler was initially a bit noisier that we had hoped. R&H sent over technicians immediately to work on the problem at no cost to us. We were extremely impressed by their responsiveness and their interest in ensuring that the system worked perfectly. In December I asked them to add a glycol feeder so that we won't have worry about the radiant heat portion of the system. Again, they were very responsive and made sure that it was installed correctly. We are very happy with the way our new system is running, and we are pleased to be working with a company that we know will send someone quickly to fix a problem, at any hour, day or night.

We recently purchased a 20-year old house in Edwards. The existing boiler was noisy and creating a smell due to a small leak. R and H Mechanical sent over a technician who said that they could repair it or replace it. I asked what they would recommend for a replacement and they suggested a Lochinar Knight KBN400 boiler. I did some research and concluded that the KBN400 looked like a good high efficiency replacement. When I asked for a quote for purchase and installation, I was shocked by the cost. It was about double what I had expected. Brian Bahr explained to me that it would not be a simple disconnect the old and replace with the new. The piping system would have to be revamped to take advantage of the new system and the venting system would have to be changed. I was a bit skeptical but agreed to give them the go-ahead... in part because they were willing to schedule it to accommodate our travel plans. The installation took about 4 days of work. When it was fully installed, I was surprised by the amount of plumbing work that it had required. Brian's explanation was correct. I was very impressed by the volume of brass piping and apparent quality of the work. The venting also was handled very effectively, minimizing the disruption to our outdoor patio. When there was an adjustment that needed to be made shortly after the installation, they sent over a technician immediately who fixed the problem. The system is much less noisy that the original boiler and appears to be working very well. It was more money than I expected or wanted to spend, but I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend R and H Mechanical.
