+ -1 moreIncredibly knowledgable; scrupulously careful not to over-charge; always knows how to fix the problem; doesn't quit until it is fixed; and, if you are interested, will explain what happened and how to do things on your own. Can do the work remotely or on -site. I can't recommend him highly enough.
