He actually showed up when he said he was going to. Based on my explanation of the problem he already had an idea of the issue which turned out to be correct. With the technology he had available he was able to discern the problem without cutting any unnecessary holes in our walls. The problem was fixed that day. We would most definitely work with him again and would recommend his services.
