James at VIP Plumbing is very professional, intelligent, and has excellent communication skills. He is quick to respond and answered many of my questions over the phone. I contacted him the Friday before a 3-day holiday weekend and he managed to find time to come to my home to assess the situation before determining the potential solution options. He is knowledgeable, respectful, and honest. He was able to explain to me (in layman's terms) what my options were so that I understood all the possible resolutions before deciding on the best course of action. He answered all my questions and did not "talk down" to me in a condescending way that other plumbers have done to me in the past. I appreciate that. James is patient and easily builds rapport with his customers because he is genuine and very straightforward. As a Certified Master Plumber, his work is guaranteed, which is essential for any service provider. After the initial visit, I had a few additional issues (unrelated to the work he did) and he was once again very quick to respond. He came over the same day to assess the severity of a new leak in the garage. He is a good guy with an excellent work ethic and he performs top-notch quality work. VIP Plumbing isn't the "cheapest" plumber, so if that's what you're looking for then go with the lowest bidder. However, when it comes to plumbing (especially where leaks and the potential for flooding and mold are concerned), his prices are fair for the high quality of work and service he provides. Personally, I would rather invest in someone who knows what they're doing and I take comfort knowing that he will do it right the first time. Knowing the work is guaranteed and that it will be done right the first time is comforting to me and I believe in him 100%. As the old saying goes "you get what you pay for." Don't take chances with your biggest investment: your home. Trust an expert whose work is guaranteed to fix it right the first time.
