I had not had a working toilet for 7 months. I could not find a plumber in my area, Pagosa Springs, who would even talk to me about the job. No one returned my calls and one even hung up on me. VIP Plumbing told me what I needed to do and came on time and had the job done in under an hour. I now have my new toilet which is helping me no end. I am 76 years old, have movement issues and have my bathroom back instead of trying to navigate to the other end of the house at night. Thank you, VIP Plumbing.

We had separate water heater and furnace boiler which was leaking gas and carbon monoxide and had to be turned off by Atmos Gas. We chose VIP Plumbing and James Cook responded with Robert to rescue us. They assessed the job gave a bid and ordered a new Navien Combo-Boiler faster than we had any hope to get heat again! They were very professional in all regards. James told me to keep his card handy and I did the next day we had a major drain clog in our 50 year old pipes! He came out and cleared our drains perfectly and even took high def pictures so we could see there was NO roots coming through! We really can't say enough about VIP Plumbing and they left NO mess! Fifty years of soot in our furnace was UGLY! We now have on demand hot water (no running out) and the whole house is warm again! They are pet friendly as well! We highly recommend their services!

James and Robert came out early the next morning, after I had a huge leak under my sink and flooded kitchen. I called James at 9pm that evening. They arrived early to assess the problem and gave me an incredibly reasonable estimate. They are professional, friendly, and completed the repairs in record time. I live in a 65 year-old home and have had my share of inept, incompetent trades people, specifically plumbers, rip me off and do shoddy workâ ¦ James and Robert are top-notch, and even gave me good advice as to who to call to avoid a mold issue with the wet interior and exterior walls. Charges $300 for a water test. Came out and took the sample and never provided the results. Will not call back. I was ripped off for $300.00 it has been a month and a half. Will not return text messages.. finally after over a month, I got my water test results. So he did provide the results just took forever.
