Description of Work: We bought tile from them. The tile is high quality and their staff member was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were late when asked to have the purchase ready to load, even though we stressed to them that we were on a tight time schedule and they assured us it would be ready. They made it right by having it delivered the next day.

Description of Work: Ordered tile pieces and other items. They have new owners and they seem to be very attentive and helpful. My handyman, Shawn Goddard, really likes them over the other tile stores.

 + -1 moreIt went super. Jeremiah Jack is professional, honest, pleasant to work with and be around (this was a 2 month project!) and he was on time every day. He had great options and recommendations and solutions for on the job issues that arose that were out of the norm. Jeremiah communicated very well with us on every detail. We were very pleased with the work he did as well as his work ethics.
