Description of Work: Helpful, reasonable, great to deal with. The tile setter was excellant, professional, pleasant and friendly.

Description of Work: I had in the previous year had the identical carpet installed in my second home so I went in with price expectations. After extended negotiation with the owner woman we reluctantly agreed to pay about 145% of the previous installation. Note: the same carpet, same pad, and the same company (different franchise of the same company). Dealing with these people was extremely difficult but once we had an agreed to price we said amen-for we knew what we wanted. When the job was finished the bill presented the balance due was inflated significantly above the agreed to price. We were informed the agreed to price was " only an estimate". After more agonizing discussion with the lady owner we just paid the balance to put the terrible experience in the rear view mirror. The sales people were friendly and helpful, but momma flooring makes all the decisions and determines all. Even revisiting and changing agreed to pricing. The parent company was appealed to but would not intervene. I guess the franchise owner rules with these guys. I would recommend you shop elsewhere, but if you do not heed these words make sure you get everything in writing up front.
