 + -1 moreThese guys were recommended by another business...HOWEVER, it took forever just to get a phone call returned (their answering service is poor and located in NH...they know nothing of Durango), then all we got is "we'll try to stop by sometime next week" (not even ""8-12"). After waiting all week, I call and ask what's up, one day later an incredibly rude guy calls back, constantly interruptimg me, knowing nothing of my (simple) job, and refusing to even stop by for 5 minutes..."we're booked until January". I guess unless you're a big contractor these guys aren't for you.
Description of Work: Asked for advice on plumbing, toilet selection, and to replace toilet as part of a floor tiling job later this month.

 + 0 moreThe problem wasn't with the work performed but with the price I never got an estimate which was my fault I had one changed out 4 years ago for 700.00 dollars I know there is inflation but this is ridiculous.
Description of Work: Did good job but charged to much, never gave estimate charged 447.00 dollars for labor to put in a hot water heater total for installing a hot water heater was 1534,00
